Is there any truth to her claim that a surgeon wouldn't remove gallstones from a 365lb woman due to their weight? That in itself is believable enough I guess (idk shit about surgery or anything medical) but did they just shrug and say "guess you have gallstones til you lose some weight"? No medicine, nothing? It seems more likely to me that she had them removed and is lying about it for an excuse, still has them because she was too lazy and didn't want to follow any alternative procedure/couldn't afford the surgery if that was actually a possibility, or, MOST likely...she never had them at any point and it's yet another pathological lie.
They won’t remove the gall bladder at that weight. She would have had ERCP if the gallstones were blocking any ducts to the pancreas or liver which is less risky than removing an organ.
They would have put her on a gall bladder diet and told her to come back when she loses weight and still wants her gall bladder removed.
Most Gall bladder issues can be resolved by losing weight and eating better.
And as far as her bullshit about being afraid to lose a massive amount of weight because of risk of gall stones; not everyone develops more gall stones. A lot of people have no further issues with it.
Lahs...
