I don't think they're in Round 2. Most likely, Iago, Igor, and Renfield are in round 2, and my sanity won't accept Armzgurl being any of those three. We don't even know if Armzgurl is getting sued; she might just be part of discovery.
Pridemore is part of Haberkorn's case, though she did say things about Vic that might get her involved, if only in discovery as well.

The Haberkorn stuff only came about because her claiming Vic was trying it on with her because "one of Vic's friends said I was easy" which morphed into her claiming Todd raped her which led Todd to release the DMs showing her thirsting for his cock long after the supposed "rape".
