This brainlet has it exactly fucking backwards.

Or Nick, Ty, and every single member of BHBH does.

"Falsity: Plaintiffs in NC can't win a defamation lawsuit if they can't prove the statement is false. "

In North Carolina

In Texas:
Plaintiffs bringing a defamation claim in Texas must prove: There was a published statement; The statement was defamatory and concerning the plaintiff, & The defendant acted with either actual malice – if the plaintiff was a public official or public figure – or negligence – if the plaintiff was a private figure – regarding the truth of the statement.

It's like these lawyers think their states laws and standards apply everywhere :story:

The Texan laws and standards for defamation should apply everywhere, it seems-- how the hell is anyone supposed to prove that they didn't grope/sexually harass/sexually assault people at given times and venues outside of having an alibi?

Greg you’re never getting in Jessie’s pants. Her heart belongs to Todd.
She's definitely desperate enough, but she definitely wants the Haberkorn even when he doesn't want any.

Can't really blame him, look at their state flag.

There are alot of non-lawyers who want to jump into and try to apply British law in the US. I gotta go back and read his bio, did he serve in the military? Maybe that would have helped his senate run.

Well you know British case law up until 1776 is still binding in the United States with British rulings on common law after 1776 occasionally used as reference

I don't think he did. There's absolutely no mention of him Serving anywhere, and he strikes me as the kind of guy who'd have that shit in every bio he could fit it in.

Speaking of senate run, here's at least one of his ads for it.

And his YouTube itself, I don't think I've seen anyone else link it, apologies if I've missed it.

Didn't expect his voice to be so light and nasally.

Edit: oh yeah, he needs that cpap machine. Poor guy probably wheezes everywhere he goes.

Not gonna shit up the thread but this person was well beyond that and arguing specifics that didn't apply to and was incorrectly citing US code but editing it to make it fit the narrative they wanted to sound smarter.

Greg has a blog that goes back to 2008. In it he talks about things like how he is attracted to women who cray and who are mentally unstable. He says he suffers from Captain Saveahoe Syndrome (Pridemore is right up his alley) He talks about having pimples and having man boobs. I'm going to put the link here so you guys can see if there is something useful in it. http://www.lawdevnull.com/

Jessie is the poster child for someone with abandonment and attachment issues. I’m not surprised she’s accusing Todd if rape after he didn’t want to pursue a relationship after their one night stand.

EDIT:

I just want to point out this quote from an article in IndyWeek when he was a candidate for state senate:

Because: of COURSE he does.

What is it with all these retards landing the most retarded lawyers?

From http://archive.fo/LgTfT

"A formerly homeless college dropout also known by his nom de guerre TGD, one of the few things Greg values more than his Wolfpack pride is the Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science currently adorning the wall of his bedroom — which he (finally) earned after much consternation, cajoling, consoling, and other relevant alliterative verbs from the faculty and staff of one of the very best Computer Science departments in the country."

I wouldn't wipe my ass with his diploma:

He WORKED for a veteran before he backed the wrong horse in a local race and basically got excommunicated from the NC Republican Party machine. I'm not really sure why he pretends he's a Republican at this point, he's honestly BARELY even a Libertarian. It looks like he's in favor of cutting local taxes and dropping paperwork for starting businesses, but is in favor of throwing money at various social programs. I'd say at BEST he should claim to be a Blue Dog Democrat, but I assume no one would pay attention to him in that role.
