No. They stated several times why Ty had those tweets in his letter and even explained that there is potential standing in Texas that NOT doing so could cause you an issue at trial because this case law is not firm in Texas. Wait what? They addressed many things. Like how the TDMA works and how to file it properly to survive the TCPA. They addressed Marzgurl and Thotmore. He explained who was in the law firm and some of the history behind it. For a short stream, it was informational with some entertainment value on the issue of these "super lawyers". Without this stream we wouldn't have opened up more threads for the lols.

Vic doesn't have a criminal record (that we're aware of).
No one filed a police report over the course of 10, 15, or 30 years (depending on who you talk to).
There is no evidence, therefore it's false. Of course, this is a long version of merely shifting the burden.
