I was convinced the second it came out that KickVic was literally faking evidence against Vic.
Beyond that just take everything else out of the equation and look at the evidence both sides have presented legally. It really is a case of rumors and "new social justice definitions of sexual assault" vs. defamation and TI.

A look at the weak responses from the lawyers actually licensed in Texas handling the case for the defendants should tell us who is in the right here pretty easily.

If you're talking about Marchi's lawyer, yeah. He's the only one I was disappointed with. But I was disappointed because his response was competent and wasn't hilariously stupid like Casey's.

"Death abatement" is a exceptional name for his fundraiser. The wires in the picture he shared don't even look real, sleep tests typically require watching your actual brain waves and so you'll have electrodes glued to your head. There has to be a physiological measure proving that you're actually asleep. If you have heart problems, it's first because you're fat, "death abatement" is being a dramatic bitch at that score. If your sleep apnea is caused or exacerbated by food allergies (since it's hard to breath through your nose when it's clogged with useless mucus), removing allergens from your diet can help. I like to think there is a reason we are all drawn to them besides being funny and charming. That there is no way these people and this cause could draw in so many eager supporters if they were not on the true right side of history. That this cause kind of enables them and us to find the correct paths. I have never felt "wrong" about following and enjoying these characters. I think everything is probably as it should be.

Did that make any sense or am I just being an exceptional rambling autist?
