As much as I can see the most extreme of the movement doing this, it would be more likely that they'd probably post about killing themselves on social media. Then they'd probably make a paper cut at the very worst across their wrists or attempt to drink Febreeze like Jonathon Ross did, post about that on social media (complete with picture as "evidence") and then go on a ten post tirade of how they're now an ally for people who've attempted/committed suicide because of the "trauma" they just endured.
