We've been saying for days that we expect Casey to either file the TCPA on Monday or file some other motion which will stay discovery. Try to keep up.

It almost literally doesn't even matter what they file, so long as it in some way contests their obligation to turn over the material and force a hearing on the issue, so long as they can stall it until after the TCPA is decided. There's really no incredibly compelling reason for such a motion to be decided before the TCPA and they'll probably slide on that.

I don't think there's really much compelling reason to have depositions before it either but both sides were really insistent on fighting about it, so whatever.
