I might officially lose my sides to the void forever if the MoRons end up with a new Legal Representative right before they're forced into discovery

At least Casey accepted the job, imagine being the very-fucking-unfortunate lawyer who has to pick his slack up for the good of the firm and not because he looked at the case and then decided he would take it :cryblood: also, what are the odds Casey knows this is unwinnable and very public and decided to just GTFO instead of smothering his reputation with uncleanable shit moving forward?

I mean sure, he took the case at frist, but maybe he didn't have all the information or even was fed huge amounts of lies by Ron Boyo. Maybe he didn't realize by then that every move of his would be analyzed by a incompetent Black Face Internet Lawyer and laughed at by thousands of people in real time. Maybe he though they'd get an easy-going judge or something but now that he fully realizes what he's got into, would it make sense for him to bail and save his reputation instead of going from Super Lawyer to Super Clown Lawyer?

The Vox Youtube shit is a current one. I hate to posture but if 'we' don't fight this shit every step of the way, we'll all be at the mercy of the mobs.

I'm interested to see what comes of that situation. It'll either be an all-out autism brigade against Vox and Youtube or in a few days nobody will give a shit anymore.

EDIT: two words

Yes, typically what happens.

I'm more concerned with the atmosphere going around that allows this without almost unanimous outrage. I've been pushed hard into the constitutional view of the 1st and 2nd amendments as when 'we' give an inch, we lose miles. Either this gets turned around or many of 'us' will suffer. That's one of the things that attracted me to the weebwar as the situation is just anti-freedom as hell.

EDIT: plus it's funny as hell to watch the other side flail, if only they didn't 'score' on their targets.

There's one thing you can bet the farm on REGARDLESS of what actually happened here. Whoever gets involved with SJW types will have it/them following them all their lives and continuing to fuck up their doings perpetually. Personally, professionally and completely.

If Casey bailed, they will poster child him and point to him as the cause of KickVic/MoRon's losses. If Casey was somehow removed, they will point to that as the reason the case went to hell and 'punish' him in the exact same ways they pull on Vic and any ISWV content creator. It won't matter if he remains a lawyer. The Tortise of Interference will swim to his next case...and the next...and the next...hounding him until they get blood. Then repeat on his replacement. It's what they do.

I know that's going to be the case with KV, most of those fucks came from the Comicsgate shit. But ISWV, I'm not so sure.

:optimistic:: I think those who are Vic fans will go right back to being regular weebs and deflate from there, those who wanted this to go to court will move on, and those who want to make this into something more will continue to follow TUG, Hero Hei, and Yellow Flash.
Regardless, I think all parties involved will learn to keep an eye out for some shady shenanigans from now on, though.

For me personally, I think the weeb wars are more interesting because we have people like Nick, HH, TUG, and Senpai that are explaining and summarizing clown language to incompetent speds like myself. The ISWV side has made an active effort to engage people that don't understand moon runes or clownspeak.

My experience with SJW culture has been "let's use as many made up 50-letter words as possible to keep the righties out!!!! You're a transxenosexphobic if you don't agree!!!" and that's the case here too, with the superlolyers and KVers that are about as competent as a walnut. They pressure depressed kiddos into buying into their game, causing uninvolved normies to suffer from FOMO and together create a retarded circlejerk of trendlennials that are desperate to hate everyone.

EDIT: a letter

Honestly, I'm surprised that no one from SJW Faux-gressiveism has done more crazy shit, like shooting up/vandalizing/firebombing places of "problematic" influence or ganging up on Trump supporters no matter how mild their political stances are. I'm surprised the Troons didn't destroy Hollywood, Studio City, and West LA in a Second LA Riots considering the whole Weinstein debacle. Sure, they are slacktivists, but how much more until they literally and socially break?

Maybe I should vote for Trump just so I can find out.

They're too fucking lazy to do anything that involves more than 280 characters.

But you're right, if Trump gives them the second ass whipping, maybe they'll actually have to go outside once in a while.

It seems unlikely that Casey Erick vanishing (if he has) from Kessler Collins has to do with the KickVic trial. There just hasn't been enough activity there. If he's gone, I would wager it has something to do with that other case, where the client was suing over how he handled her case (don't remember the details off the top of my head)
That's definitely a possibility. It's possible he was let go because of the negative attention he was brining to the firm. Even though Nick and others have specifically asked people not to mess with businesses, some have 1 starred the firm on google reviews. When you look up Erick, you get Nick's videos, this thread, and other videos talking about how much of a terrible attorney he is. That's not good for the firm. It's like Asterios and Weber Shandwick. Employee causes reputation damage and money, so he's let go.

Well there is that guy who used the SPLC hate map to try to go after (iirc) a 'christian' advocacy group, he took a bunch of chick-fil-a with him iirc, sorry can't be assed to look it up for real data, but it was all over the place a few years back.

I've been mentioning in conversations/etc that if this shit keeps up both sides are going to go after each other. The current 'milkshake them' trend is dangerous, antifa regularly throws 'firecrackers' and weapons at others, use bike locks, etc. At some point 'normies' will have had enough and start fighting back.

Luckily for the people that go out and work hard every day to make a living, they probably don't have to worry about a bunch of fat cucks and blue-haired orcas causing riots and attacking people over weeb shit, much less even getting out of their cheeto dust-coated chairs. The worst thing that will happen is an orca will have their feelings hurt and your average worker will get off of twitter for a day.

In most cases, yes. In some cases, normies have made the terrible life decision to live in Portland, Oregon and will be assaulted by Antifa on their way to work, when the Mayor lets the freaks take charge of the streets.

I can't even bring myself to stay in Nick's chat for long because of how one-minded they are. They've been arguing with speds on twitter for months and it's affected how they talk, getting upset about all this stuff or thinking it's gonna change your life cause you're part of a "movement" is just exceptional.

Makes me wonder what both sides are gonna do once all of this is over.

This is nothing new. Read up on some of the various French Revolutions. In fact les Miserables’ is among other things a biting commentary of what you are describing. Just now they can do it without having to leave the house. Every society suffers from this as they move past the subsistence levels and they face the fact of young, mostly males seeking a sense of belonging. They seek a cause and a purpose. In most past societies this gets blunted by these young becoming part of and having to provide for families. This is also why up until modernity you didn’t see a ton of women joining in. They had a natural built in mechanism to insure they mostly lacked the idle time needed for joining abstract causes. And instead focused their energies to the very real cause of family.

I agree. It's all fun & games until you're the one who gets put on the guillotine.

Here's hoping they find something else to do with themselves before that. :drink:

I tried glancing through the website to see if it was a hiccup and I'm not finding Casey Erick. I think it's too soon to say he was removed from the firm, but that definitely is not a good a sign. They could have removed his name to avoid heat temporarily but this will be an interesting thing Nick might talk about.

I dunno man. SJW types I've met IRL have always been pent up balls of frustration and cuckery.

I remembered going to the laundromat and encountered some advocate of a local black guy who got shot by the police a few years back when I was struggling to get past the narrow entry way went from 0 to 10 pissed off at me because while she was picking up her clothes that fell on the dirty ass snowmelted floor, there was a viable opening to just rush past her and I accidentally nudged her cart. That woman wore a t shirt with the guy's profile on it, and I doubt that helps his case if one of his supporters is an emotional case of expired tri nitroglycerine waiting for a right time and condition to blow up. She was pretty fucking haggard looking too.

Another person in my circle of friends was this problems glasses wearing motherfucker who I thought was cool too, but ended up showing his true colors as this weird mix of weeaboo feminist SJW who learned nothing about Japan except from Gaijin Goomba and Youtube and was all lamenting about how "Japanese women have it so hard over there". Thankfully his ass lives out in the middle of the country now with his parents, so we'll see how far he'll get with his ideas.

And knowing the unpredictability of mankind, as well as the predictability of those who don't learn from history, I'm very sure they'll make for a good mob of irrational and angry people with little to no direction. They're so emotionally unstable they're nearing the critical breaking point.
