Keep seeing people who are annoyed by YF's videos/titles/whatever say this, so figured I'd maybe correct the record here a bit for those here who weren't here for anything before the WeebWars.

Flash has a real job. It's not even close to his main source of income. He puts out videos he puts out and has been doing them basically the exact same way since he started his channel. He's talked quite a bit in live streams about how at some point, either things will get better in his hobbies so he won't have to make videos about the shit that pisses him off anymore, or he'll get bored and stop making videos.

There's a whole lot to be annoyed with in Yellow Flash's videos. You don't have to make things up about him to bash him with. And if you start hating his shit so much that you're not satisfied with just not watching his vids, but you start wishing that No One would be able to watch his vids, maybe it's time to take a day off of the internet and chillax a bit.

Looks like a slightly more successful version of that penguin guy looking for attention to his failed series of anime reviews. At the same time, at least he has a clear ulterior motive that makes sense. But people like this? I've long since tried understanding what they get out of trying to ruin a man's life for no reason. Sociopathy is one possibility but really I just don't know.

I don't think it's a sockpuppet, it's just a dime-a-dozen twitter warrior fishing for likes with snarky takes. Doesn't matter what the issue or what the side, they're absolutely everywhere, utterly insufferable, and practically an advertised part of the Twitter experience.

Minor Todd Gaiden update (tldr: nothing major)

He had a decently filled panel. As part of a an audition reel he redubbed the John Wick "I'm back!" scene. Was cool enough. No gayness observed.

Autograph line is still looking fine. Even with the wide angle lens on my phone I couldn't quite get the entire line. The line looped three times, with approximately 50 people per loop. This was taken about 20 minutes before the actual signing actually began so people keep trickling in.

EDIT: the lights above Todd's signing area went out for about ten minutes. Splinter Cell level ops?

Actually I think it's the number 3 that set him off as he's been dealing with idiot lawyers for years now. He manages to keep himself contained up until that point. But when he read point three he went full ape shit. Now I know why Half Life 3 never came to be.

I'm not putting any stock or speculation into Casey's website disappearance. Better to wait and see if it's a nothing than to blow it up and look stupid later.

I don't even bother with any other talking heads besides Nick. Most of their info is just what Nick said repeated over and over for 10 minutes with a good 2 minute shill for their shitty patreons.

That is rather weird. As said a rather specific technical issue. I can’t see a large law firm going all DFE to hide their lawyer from twitter outrage mobs. That sort of thing is free publicity. By the same token I don’t see the practice just suddenly firing him over the weekend and leaving clients in a questionable position. It could be some internal thing. He didn’t make Partner and is in the process of extricating himself from the firm? Who knows? Just watch if Perez pops up as the lead for MoRonica.

I mean I can see some reasons why senior partners might be pissed at Casey regarding this case. The biggest being “why did you take this mess without examining it deeper?” And “why in gods name would you cite PULL and Tumblr”? But showing him the door seems overkill. Unless... you don’t think the partners have actually met Ron, do you?

Agreed. I respect the other guys for trying and keeping some heat off of Nick but all they do is parrot and shill. I can't stand to listen to TUG or YF and HH is cringey as fuck.
