Yeah, the other two cheats are a 3x speed up toggle, which I really don't mind; and a no-encounters toggle, so you can have a safe walk wherever you may need it.

Only watched the Tevin restream for his first 4 hours yesterday and no, not yet. If I was up for a bet, I'd be willing to say he'll use it at least by if not on the Iifa Tree boss; the one at the bottom, that has the heat attack (can't remember exact names).

The first time I predict Pigroach will use that cheat is on the First Black Waltz. This is because that fight is pretty tough given you only have Zidane and you may have trouble taking on both him and his summon. That's real early in the game by the by.

If not there, at least almost certainly on Master Gizamaluke or Beatrix.

But no, Pigroach will chump the Soul Cage with Phoenix downs, as he is weak to them being undead and all.

More betting on him using a mega elixir one shotting it possibly since it's an undead boss. IIRC anyway Haven't played it in years.

As for FFIX, I remember trying really hard to impress all the nobles near the start. I never could, though I was like 12 years old. Imagine buying a FF9 remake in your late 20s and then beating it easily and thinking, 'Oh cool I finally beat it, with age comes wisdom!' only to find out that they made it way easier. Fuck me, I bet you can get Steiner's Excalibur II just lying on the ground after beating disc 2. (Hint: Excalibur II is only achieved by reaching the end of one of the last areas in the game in less than 12 hours, making it both totally useless and one of the hardest items to get in all of the FF games.)

And what made this remake incredibly funny is that there are still a ton of FFIX copies laying around, part of why I replayed it when I did. If the game didn't sell well AFTER the greatest hits re-print you can still get new copies laying around pretty damn cheap.

Unfortunately Phil would need to drag out his PS2 or PSX to play that, if he even has them still (but King of Retro, rite???) and would then need to revamp his setup and check his capture card compatibility...and we all know the king can't be arsed to stoop to that much work unless he's being granted an appropriately kingly ransom.

It's not as though he couldn't have bought the steam version for a comparable amount and streamed the shit directly from his PC--oh.

I really don't mean for this to sound insulting, but objectively, by reading those logs, thatanonymouse sounds like an actual child that has a crush on a girl and thus insults and bullies said girl because he doesn't know how to deal with those feelings or thinks what he's doing is 'funny'.

Is thatanonymouse a highschool kid or something? Because as an adult, that's not how you deal with problems like these unless you have some developmental disorder in my opinion. Any adult would know that saying things like "go flash your snatch on stream again":

a) makes neutral people who might be new to the stream unsympathetic towards your stance, EVEN if you are in the right and especially if you are a mod
b) makes you sound like a jackass
c) can be used against you in said argument as a way to discredit any valid criticism you brought up

Anonymouse is, I think, a closeted gay man (or someone who lives in a rural, conservative area and thus is lonely) who drinks a lot and has some mental issues (depression or something like that).
