Greg Claims that BHBH are professional grifters in his own DMs which he chose to post - is this moving into the realms of actionable defamation?

I'd imagine if he's trashing the firm in regards to how they handle money i'd imagine BHBH wouldn't like that and would do something about it.

Also sounds like he's lumping Nick in with them.

What is the whiskey Nick recommended because I need a whole bottle for this right here

For a good compromise between price and quality he recommends Glenlivet 12. I agree; that has been my go-to for about a decade. You can get it as cheap as $30 a bottle around here, and at most $45. Another he recommends is Lagavulin 16, which is on my list to try now. $80 - $100 I think.

I know you were not really asking and was referring to it for color, but I like talking about scotch.

Isn't there a logic problem if one party maliciously damages someone's "reputation in the community," then wants to use that same "reputation in the community" as evidence of guilt?

@AnOminous Your thoughts? Is this actionable?

It's one of those terms like "shyster" that is often applied to lawyers. Is it a specific accusation of illegal activity or just an opinion that you don't like a particular lawyer and are insulting them?

TL;DR: He claims they aren't TI and that it's just "lawfare". Lawfare = "filing a totally meritless lawsuit, then sending a sh*tload of data preservation notices and subpoenas to people, hoping you find something you can use for character assassination with the end goal of making the defendants' lives so miserable they beg to pay you money to make it stop".

Edit: Doucette shows all of the currently known texts. I didn't screenshot all of the tweets, because he didn't add anything to them besides "here's the next batch" and I wanted to focus to be on what he actually said about the texts.

3 possibilities:
1) Doucette Ego has been badly hurt by Ty comments (beccause he dogwhistle the sjw against him, lying in the process).
2) Doucette want Orca's blue butt (and he lies his way into it...).
3) He his Shane's brother, and share the same DNA...

And Greg again on the grifting claim:

As a side note I've counted that Greg has done 1,145 tweets since his first Vic tweet on Thursday - that's crazy.
