Nick has always said that the battle for Vic's career will be won or lost on social media. He's probably looking at it from that angle, but I don't think it's particularly productive. Better to say your piece once about the Johnny come lately Twitter lawyers and then ignore them. Getting baited into engaging them is exactly what they want.

Nick will probably calm down after Anime Matsuri. These lawyers who he is arguing with make me feel confident I could win Vic's lawsuit for him. "He's a celebrity therefore it's impossible to defame him." Do these people listen to themselves sometimes? It's really not worth your time.

Sounds more like whoever sent Nick the ethics complaint from Sakura Con. Marzgurl and Shane don't match up as while it could fit Shane, he didn't have an experience and in fact tried to pretend he was in on the nasty stuff like Vic was. That one and former Anime Expo volunteers seem to be the ones who cause trouble.

Even if he did, would that give him the legal right to condition his contract to the termination of Vic's just because he wanted to establish a sponsorship? I highly doubt that.

Except MoRon can't prove their justification is a matter of law. There is no evidence supporting the notion that the contract and/or business relations was in violation of any law. Using the story that Vic was a sexual predator to interfere is basically admitting that they were defaming him.

For that to even be relevant the trial court has to first find that either 1) Ron had the legal right to interfere with a contract as a matter of law or 2) he had a colorable right which was exercised in good faith. Good luck establishing either of those.
