T. Greg Doucette / Thomas Gregory Doucette / greg_doucette / TGDLaw / fsckemall / lawdevnull / TDot - Super Lawyer, Failed Politician, Captain of The Threadnought, Drowning in Debt

I'm setting the under/over on when he actually defames Vic in a serious way

I'm no expert, but he seems pretty close to having done this to Ty and Nick:

793502

793503

I have zero interest in this guy. He tweets like 400 times a day, which is more than anyone should, but I wanted to archive this just for later use.

Keep this behavior in mind the next time you hear "lawyers aren't supposed to act this way" or "he's so unprofessional" or 'he's so rude and toxic and attacks people" about Nick which they've been doing for months since he started covering this topic but are now suddenly okay with.
Vic Mignogna vs T. Greg Doucette (2019) when?

noun: grifter; plural noun: grifters
  1. a person who engages in petty or small-scale swindling.

So he's presenting it as a fact and not just an insult? Dear lord...

If you have to crowdfund a CPAP machine, you're probably fairly confident that no-one is going to waste time and money suing you.

Lawyers are just people who do a specialised job. You find just as many vile soy sipping cunts like this one as you would in the general populace.
How the hell do people take him seriously but not Nick and Ty?
Because he's on their side, and therefore can do no wrong.

Anyone who tweets as much as this guy should check themselves into a hospital. There is so much stuff you can do instead of tweeting to randoms on the internet. Watch tv, go out on a day trip, see your family, spend time your girlfriend/wife...honestly with the amount he tweets, I suspect he's the kind of person who would stop in the middle of sex to check his phone and see if anyone has retweeted and replied to him.

Normal physical human interaction is creepy to these people. Makes me wonder what his relationship with his mother is like.
Greg has mommy issues. He whines constantly in his blog about how bad his childhood was and he even posted a copy of a text between he and his mother. He guilt trips her about how bad his childhood was and tells her it's her fault. He links to it in this post http://archive.li/kKuOw and here's the image he posted of the text.

Well thanks to Greggy's obsession with detailing every facet and detail of his life online, be it through tweets or on blogs. We know that he grew up in an abusive house, which his mother has crowdfunded to separate from her husband. We know his sister is mentally ill and in a ward, and we know that his nan, at the time of the blog, was very unwell.

You get the sense that he has mummy issues and Captain Save-a-Hoe syndrome, which is why he is so eager to jump in and defend m'ladies in spite of not being involved at all with the Anime Community. It probably links in to his constant need to tweet and be acknowledged as a good guy/doing the right thing. If I were to play amateur armchair shrink/theorist, he needs constant validation from randoms online because he probably never got any with his family.

Edit: @Helium Yeah those messages speaks volumes about his relationship with his family and the kind of guy he is.

Isn't that exactly the situation Nick and Ty have talked about before where the interference with a contract comes about incidentally as a consequence of something privileged - if I recall correctly, they cited a case involving a surgeon.

None of these involve threatening to breach your contract with someone to extort their compliance with a demand that they violate their own contract with someone else.

I think the privilege case you're talking about is when a hospital hired an analyst to figure out their finances and they figured out a certain surgeon's practice was not profitable and was not practical to make profitable, so they fired him.

Wow what a little bitch. What kind of absolute piece of shit posts that? He should kill himself because he's pretty much complete garbage.

Holy shit he's the boogie of the legal sphere.

Seeing that precludes having any respect whatsoever for this sad, sick excuse for a "man."

It would be somewhat odd for them to be "passing around the case files" to lawyers who don't practise in either areas of law or jurisdictions which are relevant to this case. For obvious reasons, you don't just go passing your case files around to third parties without good reason.

But he's a "super lawyer", meaning that he 1) had to win a case that paid out a million dollars or more and 2) paid $20,000 to some semi-scammers for the title. Being poor now doesn't rule out having paid $20,000 on bullshit previously; in fact the latter is a likely cause of the former. But what happened to his fee for his million dollar case? Again, he's either lying about being poor to scam people, or really, really sucks with money.

This is shit which most people would be either embarrassed to tell or would have the basic decency to not share with the world. I'm sure his mother and other relatives appreciate that he lets randoms know about their situation.

No, pretty sure all that's been passed around is the ANN article from JAN and the CHERRY PICKED SINGLE LINE. It's obvious at this point

Someone who blog posts about the text message spat he has with his mother does not deserve the title of "man".
