@Adach_Ame , @REGENDarySumanai , @Pedro Sanchez , seriously, after regaining my composure, that has to seriously one of the most exceptional cornerstones of #KickVic. And it's already dead in the water.

For something that's about so the so called "animegate" gee, it looks like something that should be there but isn't... Something animated, something.... oh I don't know. Something that's like Japanese animation... That should help emphasize the theme.... But...

I mean, it's not like it's missing a whole anime element to it, right? It's not like they're just exploiting some (admittedly) fad controversy that will pass over once this year is over, right? Because fuck me, either that's the best postmodern statement ever or they're just not even trying. Fucking Shogo and Oni that is not.

I hope this gets parts of Gamergate up and flooding over because KickVic, intentionally or not, just daring everything, fuckin' EVERYTHING, to try and stop them. And you know what? They want to defy heaven and strike down the gods themselves like the first world myopia know it all know nothings they are? Let them!

There will be strings attached, parties involved, and consequences to face. I want to know who is behind this other than Pride Power Entertainment, because I know this is just getting meatier and meatier by the day now.

It's in San Jose in the middle of the summer. Most of them would melt. If Nick went there he'd probably combust like a vampire.

I've never been to this con before, and I haven't been to too many non-anime cons in the last few years. Hmm. You know, this could make for a good experiment. I'll go around the con, and at random, ask people if they know who Vic Mignogna/Mihgnahgnah/Lasagna is. Let's see if he's a public figure. It's not even a true random sample. These people are at this con, and some of them would have at least looked at the guest list and wondered who this cartoon voice guy with the funny looking name is.

This should be a thing.
Instead of hurling fireballs you throw out super ratio'd tweets where holding down the button increases the likes/power of the blast, with power-ups like sockpuppets and celebrity endorsement. The monsters can attack with archives and proof of shooping.

Soooo... IIRC (and I do) Wolfenstien had NAZIs!!!!! So by culturally appropriating NAZI!!!!! Imagery (the game was full of it) then by their rules, they are white supremacists spreading facism and trying to hide their association.

I don't make the rules. I just [play by them.

No matter how much they want rile up their exceptional bullshit today, don't forget that June 10th is coming. This is really all it matters.

If the MoRons do not file a TCPA, we can see what kind of shady gay-ops they held during these months, and laugh at their expense on how stupid they are to communicate so openly with their conspirators.

If they do file a TCPA, we can laugh and shove them in the faces on how "we were wanting to go to court, finally we want the whole truth to come out!" and show them how much of the pussies they are to delay a discovery.

Discovery will be sweet, accompanied with the certified magical taste of tard-cum flowing from their own tears.

Except in Germany. They had to remove actual historical context from the game as it contradicted the German education system which insists the entire country was on holiday from '39-'46.

If Funimation files a TCPA, I think the judge should treat it as staying all discovery, wait until everyone's either filed such a motion or missed the deadline, hold a hearing on all of them simultaneously, and issue a decision on all of them at once. This would save the parties time and avoid needless discovery.

That is a mod that would be stupid enough but still functional that I'd probably play it for a bit. Two minutes of bullshitting, and we come up with a better shitposting game for everyone involved. Sad.

With this shit going down it is interesting to compare with the Neymar scandal recently.

When Neymar got accused of rape, SJWs were already starting getting riled up on twitter, asking for his head. Neymar, a well managed guy with a image to protect and multi-million dollars business with his name attached to it, made the smart decision.

Instead of going after his right of defense by brazillian law (which in case of rape allegations must go on in sigil), Neymar leaked EVERYTHING he had abou the relantionship he had with that girl. The chats were so funny it became a national joke and the so-called “victim” was discredited in the public eye, being called a farce by everyone, including her lawyers quitting the case multiple times.

What the same SJWs did? Well some of those were still hating Neymar by being a priviliged rich guy and that he deserved being humiliated (which is racist by their rules, since Neymar is a black person from a poor place that made it big), but mostly oddly were some SJWs claiming that even knowing all the facts, that she might still have been raped and it was not of the INTERNET TO JUDGE, but the JUDICIARY SYSTEM.

Now in contrast with this autistic crusade, SJWs are hellbent on JUDGING VIC THROUGH INTERNET STORIES AND THE JUDGEMENT BEING MADE BY THINK-PIECES and are doing everything to stop a guy from defending himself through his own rights of being an american citizen and be judged by the judiciary system.

Even being from two different countries, it is funny when the rules turn on them and they have to play it fair, asking for the defense of the institutions which they love to ignore so they can judge and execute the accused by themselves.

So fuck those retards.
