Post-modernism was a mistake. Stuckism and remodernism should've flourished instead.why I truly detest any postmodernist. they're dumb. they are objectively dumb. not just because their beliefs are dumb but because they feel in inherent, entitled need that their opinion is better than everyones and everyone needs to hear it.
usually i'll just go elsewhere when one show ups but if the world these fuckers want was real... i still wouldn't throat punch them but i'd still toss an accusation their way before walking off. fuck post modernists.
In my opinion, the LAST thing KickVic should want to do is escalate this outside the weaboo-niche community. I've found the idea that Toei would take DB away from FUNimation to be laughable, but if this becomes a national headline THEN it could maybe happen. Even if someone at Toei likes Vic, there wouldn't really be grounds to break the current licensing deal (presumably) and companies aren't gonna risk millions for those kind of issues. HOWEVER, it wasn't all that long ago that anime was just "porn cartoons & Pokemon" and if FUNimation is in the national news over sex scandals it'd be REAL easy to get non-weaboos thinking like that again. (slap a few Goblin Slayer clips up and you're off to the races) Once that's done, you have a president that isn't afraid to slap tariffs down who might be looking for more leverage over Japan and an EASY target that has a "comparatively" small voting base in the run up to an election year, and bam, FUNimation becomes persona non-grata.The real problem with this shitstorm is that the social activist are trying to deplatform lawyers, to ilegitimize any type of defense that Vic may have, and are trying to stop the lawsuit by getting politicians involved and trying to out and shame the TX Senator.
It has retweeted Renfamous' post... I'm starting to doubt it being a joke more... Though now it is starting to click, what if Renfamous is related to this... that I could see her try to do shit like this...

The "blackface lawyer" picture will replace the easter egg of John Romero's head at the end of Doom. And it better be Nick with his "blackface lawyer" picture, otherwise I'm calling shenanigans.
Well theoretically Toei 'likely' wrote into the licensing contracts typical morality and damaging property 'exits'. I do NOT know if this is the case with these contracts as IANAL AND I have not seen them, but strongly suspect that if they wanted out they can claim funimation is damaging the product. In my opinion, the LAST thing KickVic should want to do is escalate this outside the weaboo-niche community. Do I think this likely? Probably not
Do I think this a possibility? I'd be surprised if it were not.
This just makes it sound like the hero broke into the "villains" house.Since I'm sure someone from "Pride Power Entertainment" is reading this thread I hope they take some suggestions from here to be even more creative and improve their stellar content. Personally, I hope Ron and Shane are playable characters.
Yeah, but a SJW would think the "den of the enemy" would be nothing but pictures of Hitler, Trump, and the KKK/other Nazis and maybe some "fuck feminism"/"incel pride" stuff because they think ISWV are alt-right incel misogynist neckbeards. Nick (I hope he powers up by taking a shot of whiskey to turn into Blackface Lawyer) and Ty would still be in there to remind everyone this is an anti-ISWV game.
It's the same as in Marchi's response as well, but at least it was worded differently. Almost made me wonder if they asked for a copy of their homework and changed a few things around.I'm not an English teacher or anything, but I'm reading this and immediately I notice a weird ass typo inserting a random comma. Did they not proof read their response?

Don't see why they'd settle tbh. If Funi would settle that means the other defendants could get away without paying anything or a small faction as settling would cover the TI. I can honestly see Funi wanting them to pay the majority of it, or the fact that most of the decisions (from what we know, kind of confusing tbh) is from Sony, thus they probably feel like they have a chance of winning. So much for fucking settling.
EDIT: Holy shit, they're actually using their copyright lawyer.
