With this shit going down it is interesting to compare with the Neymar scandal recently.
When Neymar got accused of rape, SJWs were already starting getting riled up on twitter, asking for his head. Neymar, a well managed guy with a image to protect and multi-million dollars business with his name attached to it, made the smart decision.
Instead of going after his right of defense by brazillian law (which in case of rape allegations must go on in sigil), Neymar leaked EVERYTHING he had abou the relantionship he had with that girl. The chats were so funny it became a national joke and the so-called “victim” was discredited in the public eye, being called a farce by everyone, including her lawyers quitting the case multiple times.
What the same SJWs did? Well some of those were still hating Neymar by being a priviliged rich guy and that he deserved being humiliated (which is racist by their rules, since Neymar is a black person from a poor place that made it big), but mostly oddly were some SJWs claiming that even knowing all the facts, that she might still have been raped and it was not of the INTERNET TO JUDGE, but the JUDICIARY SYSTEM.
Now in contrast with this autistic crusade, SJWs are hellbent on JUDGING VIC THROUGH INTERNET STORIES AND THE JUDGEMENT BEING MADE BY THINK-PIECES and are doing everything to stop a guy from defending himself through his own rights of being an american citizen and be judged by the judiciary system.
Even being from two different countries, it is funny when the rules turn on them and they have to play it fair, asking for the defense of the institutions which they love to ignore so they can judge and execute the accused by themselves.
So fuck those exceptional individuals.
