Don't count on it. They face turned PC Principal and bent the knee ASAP when Comedy Central demanded they shill Hillary/bash Trump and promote global warming is real. Plus, Parker and Stone are super fucking butt-hurt that SJW blame them for creating a generation "who think caring about stuff is stupid" and who in general, are pissed the fuck off that Trump is a better shit poster and troll than they are and make it impossible for them to be America's premier IRL troll/shit-posters anymore.

Comedy Central is likely woke as fuck, seeing as they are the reason why unfunny SJW's like Amy Schumer and Trevor Noah even have careers in showbiz in the first place. South Park is very much an outlier and Seasons 21 and 22 were a lot less "woke" than Season 20 (heck, the Halloween episode for Season 21 was making fun of #MeToo and calling it a witch hunt BEFORE Kavanaugh).
The Global Warming/Manbearpig episode in the most recent season?
Well, there is a lot more firm evidence of global warming now than there was ten years ago (of course, the Left has no real solutions for the issue despite their crocodile tears) and I get the feeling that even the original Manbearpig episode was more about making fun of Al Gore being an attention whore than anything else.
As for making PC Principal become a "good guy" at the end of Season 19? That was less about Trey & Matt agreeing with SJW rhetoric and more about recognizing it as a major cultural zeitgeist. 2015 was when "woke culture" seemed to be at its height and it wasn't until the meltdown over the 2016 elections did we see just how deep the rabbit hole could really get.
I'm betting that once we see a major pushback against SJW culture really take root outside of the internet (and we're already seeing the signs of it) I guarantee that South Park will either kill off PC Principal or write him off the show in some other fashion.
But to get back on topic, the only candidates that can hope to win 2020 at all are Biden, Bernie, and Tulsi and even then, the deck is stacked against them at the moment.
The latter two won't get support from the DNC (and Tulsi is also hated by the SJW's too) while Biden is hated by the SJW's despite his pandering to them and given his flip-flop approach on all these issues, that may end up hurting him in the general election even if it helps him secure the primary.
