It seems to me that she is getting more shrill by the day. Which is an accomplishment. The pressure is getting to her. Any day now she will start tripping over her past lies pretty hard... and more and more KV'ers will notice and quietly fade away back into the corners of the web. Same for the others.
It's going to be one hell of a shitshow considering the Oberlin loss and the blowback that Vice is causing on Youtube.

Whether or not the photo is real or fake has very little impact on the lawsuit.
Always trying to find the "next big thing" is just further proof that your platform is so heavily based on lies that your only way to stop it from collapsing is to continue to find more lies instead of focusing on the existing facts. MoRon's leaked messages about hoping some minor gets harmed becomes more and more relevant every time they find smoke.

As far as the old pictures go, I have pictures that old and many of them do look "off" - especially the ones which were taken with Instamatic cameras using 126 or 110 film.

So we're past the end of business for the day and we don't seem to have answers from Casey. Question for anyone who might know:
What are the potential consequences for the defendants if they don't provide the answers? With their initial responses, the case would be decided on default against them if they didn't respond, but I don't imagine that's the case here. Are there financial penalties? Do they get a stern talking to? Does it just waste everyone's time?
How high would everyone rate the chance that team MoRon are going to delay their responses until after Vic's deposition and then pull the TCPA stunt without having answered these questions or done their own depositions? Yeah, it would piss the judge off, but I'm not sure they care about that.

Disregarding the fact that Shane, Dominique, etc. Are all guilty of the same thing Doucette claims the youtubers are, I'd like to point out having multiple law firms represent you means that Ron has stretched the logistics of his case and has introduced risks of miscommunication, miscordination, and added additional unnecessary steps to the process.

That's also a really great question. IIRC, the answers would include things like chat logs & emails & such that it seems unlikely would be handed over to the public. I don't recall seeing anything like that from the Meyer V. Waid case.

Well it depends if MoRonica attempt to bring up Michelle as an example of one of their “victims”. We know they have had recent face to face contact with Michelle. If they attempt to bring Michelle in, either as a named witness, or just as one of their little stories “that everybody knows about” the photoshopped picture becomes a hand grenade handed to BHBH.
They go straight to BHBH. We would not know unless one side or the other says something about them. My suspicion is they will get something today, but not everything. They will have to pry the rest out. I honestly wouldn’t blame Casey at this point. It’s doubtful he has seen the full volume of Ron’s digital e-sperging. Ron is extra special.

I actually have a question about this. I'm reading that last line as the event happened early in 1989, as in happening anywhere from January to around April or May at the latest. Would this be a correct read of this?

Got into a talk about that with that cuck Jamie whatever that was posting the pic and saying it was confirmed to have happened. It got to the point I ended up looking up Vic's old christian rap band and found out he was in Tennessee at around that time frame.

In the linked twitter thread, she makes no mention of any sexual advances during the production of the spring play. The event in question allegedly happened during the summer, after the school year had ended.
