Just a few days before the discovery due date, lawyers of the Twotter began to collectively go at the case TDMA letters released by Shane. This, in turn, reignited KickVic into further defaming Vic and even the return of Jessie Thotmore, who has officially gotten herself sued for further defaming Todd Haberkorn, because one of the twits apparently told her it was ok to do so.
Edit: Slightly cougar'd, but just think of this as a TLDR. Because reasons.

I poked around a bit and the professional contrarian seems to have a bigger role the current wave of drama than I thought. She's posted all over the ANN forums with no detail about vic but insisting over and over that he is an evil man. I also read through some of her absolutely awful fanfiction and it paints of a picture of a very sad, lonely woman who injects herself into others' fights because she wants to offer the protection she feels she never had. As she cannot substantiate any of the accusations she throws at Vic, she must be screaming inside constantly at her own inability to effect the positive change she wants to see in the world, never realizing that she her lies and disgusting behavior create more victims.
She recognizes that she barely looks like a natal woman as far back as 2003, and I suspect her hate of Vic is probably largely due to her gay.
Her fanfiction, coupled with her aggressive and unhinged, unexplained and unjustified accusations indicate a god complex:
Her posts on ANN as far back as january show her and the moderators of the forums fighting nearly all the other users, trying to shove the idea that vic is an evil man down the throats of the other forum users who even back then wouldn't buy it. She brags about being able to "discreetly address" some of the problems as constaff but never gives any actual details. She does manage to call Vic a pedophile despite not making any claims of pedophilic behavior.
Nothing new, but I wonder if her own personal vendetta against Vic started with the homophobia and blew up. She blames Vic for the commercialization of her little cons and sounds super salty over his success in an industry that she never accomplished anything notable after decades.

I've been searching for a while for any actual evidence online (as I'm sure others have) and a very consistent thing I've found is that nearly all online discussions about this point back to this bitch and her accusations on ANN forums- it's used constantly as a "primary source" when others are pushing the Vic-is-a-predator agenda. She has no evidence herself, at all, she just gets nasty and falls back to the standard #metoo motte-and-bailey.
My spidey-senses are telling me that if there was a conspiracy to "clean up anime" and Vic was first on that list that she has played a bigger role than what has surfaced. I know there are private boards for con organizers and people related to it, but I suspect a lot of them are private. She reuses her handle all over the place; if anyone happens to be members of any of that, it'd be interesting to see if she's ever talked about Vic before the ANN hitpiece that she was oh-so-ready to propagate.

The reason being, they're absolutely pissed, they wanted Vic to bend the knee and fuck off into obscurity. Vic decided to get a lawyer and take it to court, standing up for himself, that's like a crucifix to a vampire to people like this so now they want to destroy him by any means necessary, even if it involves gay ops and saying easily disprovable lies and what other retardation they can conjure up. Just look at how nasty and virulent things got when Brett Kavanaugh didn't withdraw his name and disappear when he had his Supreme Court hearing.

She then tweets out a link where people can report campaigns to "Kickstarter". Mr. Doucette responds to her, saying that Nick is committing wire fraud because the money is not being used for Vic's legal defense. Meanwhile, Time's Up, a "legal defense fund", recently ended their campaign after 17 months in what has become the largest ever GoFundMe.

If the GFM was against the rules, it would have gotten deleted right after it was opened, when the initial barrage of reports happened. GFM's only rule on this is you can't use their site to fundraise for CRIMINAL DEFENSE funds. Like when Sarah Wiedenheft's pedo brother had his GFM removed.
