I may have something on Ms Marchi but I need to connect one big dot to it. I have the suspicion that she was Raised by Wolves back march through to April I have made a complete timeline from when the account was created to its deletion. The one thing I need to verify is the 1st letter she got from BHBH and hopefully it corresponds to the tweets. The doc it self a complete timeline in British summer time of Marchis tweets, responses and retweeted compared to RbW.

Okay. I think I figured it out.
My speculation is that Marchi is Raised by Wolves.
The original date to file the lawsuit was supposed to be Friday April 12th or Monday April 15th (I forgot). That's why she returned to her original Twitter.
What is even more interesting is that Nick keeps referring to a "Monday", what I found was that this Monday he is referring to is most likely February 18th. This is the day before "shit went down" with Monica making a long post about Vic and Vic responding with his own long post. A few days later, the GoFundMe opens up.
Even more interesting is that there is an audio clip from Shane's discord. In this audio clip, Shane talks about negotiations. These negotiations most likely happened on February 13th or 18th where they tried to get him to admit that he was guilty so he could get his job back. If he didn't submit, I assume they would continue to release articles to continue smearing him. Shane says a few other things like Monica retaining legal counsel, but I think that's bullshit. Vic was the one that retained legal counsel. Shane is a fucking liar, but that's nothing new.
February 18th, Vic has most likely retained BHBH.
Monica gets angry and proceeds with her blackmail plans, this is when the iO9 article comes in, Feb 19th. Before that, they tried to bully him into submission with the ANN article on January 30th to give him a taste. Vic returns a long post the next day, Feb 20th. After hearing about the posts, Shane wants to get on Nick's show, because Nick spoiled their plans. Shane comes on the show on Feb 20th and tries to spin the narrative.
It all makes sense now. These people are scumbags.

She received 2 letters. Once on March 8th where she thought she could circumvent the ESI. The second one on April 9th where they probably used KF to pin her down a second time.
Lot's of people were speculating that there wasn't enough defamatory statements made in the initial filing to justify the defamation case against her, but if she really was RaisedbyWolves, then it's game over for her.
Also, remember that the filing was delayed. Nick mentioned that they had new information, Info about RbW probably came up, and that's what sealed the deal.
Im guessing Marchi wasn't supposed to be in the 1st round, but she fucked herself over by tweeting on RbW.

I did go through the thread to find the tweets before I made this account. if you look at my document the timing seems oddly perfect if you minus it from 6 hours due to daylight savings happening my zone Sunday 31st March. Shane is too stupid, Ren already had an alt account so why bother creating. Since Marchi does have kids that she does see every now and then and practically lives with 3 dogs (in olden times would be considered wolves)
