T. Greg Doucette / Thomas Gregory Doucette / greg_doucette / TGDLaw / fsckemall / lawdevnull / TDot - Super Lawyer, Failed Politician, Captain of The Threadnought, Drowning in Debt
I wonder, with Mr Douchette giving his ignorant twitter hot takes, how many of the defendants are going to rush back to their lawyers and say, 'This internet lawyer says what I want to hear! Why are you giving me pragmatic advice when it's so obvious to even this guy who knows nothing about the case that I can do whatever I want and be as exceptional as I want?' I would imagine that Mr Johnson's job has just gotten a lot more difficult. I can also see Mr. Toye before a judge being asked, 'Didn't your lawyer tell you to stop tweeting?' and answering, 'Yes, but a rando lawyer from the internet told me I could, and also that nothing I could say was defamatory.'

I guess we'll get to find out soon if it pops up in discovery.
That would look really bad if there was communications with Douchette and Soye/Rial and it certainly wouldn't look good for them on the civil conspiracy claim.
This guy is the literal definition of a clout chaser. Once he finds himself a controversy, he starts following relevant people and pumping out an ungodly amount of tweets to bring as much attention and followers as possible. Then once the gained followers numbers start dwindling, he mass unfollows everyone and finds another controversy to get himself involved in and the cycle repeats.
It also shows that we have yet to witness his true potential for Twitter autism.
At multiple points during his tweeting sprees he would post up to 600-700 tweets in just one day and 8,000 tweets in one month.
I got locked out from seeing Andrew's linkedin's profile without an account, but you can see him listed as a co-author on one of Matthew's publications:
So I was looking at Greg's metrics on socialblade for yesterday and became curious of his history of mass tweeting.
It only goes back until January 2018, but it's enough to see his pattern of clout chasing.

Who the fuck has time to post 600-700 tweets a day?! This guy wants people to believe he actually works on cases while doing this shit? I wouldn't hire this faggot if it was my only option. Get a life, Greg. Twitter is not real life.

I can't help but wonder if his need for a CPAP means he's got some real fucked health conditions that makes it so he quite literally can do nothing but shitpost on twitter but as to what he has I got no clue.
Nick has said the money is transferred out of the GFM to the ILOTA account every few days so its not like they would actually be accomplishing much BHBH ILOTA account has 170k in it by now that GFM cant touch

There are probably tens of thousands in donations that are yet to be made to the GoFundMe as it inches closer to $200,000, so they would miss out on those if it was taken down.

I have no idea how this guy has time for anything other than tweeting all day.
You can see that he managed 8K tweets per month mid October 2018.
To put that into perspective, that's an average of posting one tweet every 5 1/2 minutes, 24h a day, for 30 days straight. It's insane.
And that's just on twitter, I saw that he also posted some screenshots from his Facebook, so he might be using that as well.

Yeah, he did say that. However, I'm not worried about the GFM. I'm just laughing at how many ways they can can come up with to try and do damage. Not sure how well it would have done if it was just some average person somewhere.
On a side note, Uncle Fester is probably living off of mental/physical disability checks. Could explain why he does pro boner work and has all of the time in the world to tweet.
It is hilarious, admittedly, but I'm taking this personally as a good sign. If bottom feeders like Douchette are coming in, searching for that clout, that means this case is, in fact, the Big Deal that we all had a feeling it could be. The reason why Nick jumped in so fast and so hard, because fuck this whole concept of social media mobs getting to decide who lives and who dies.
Cuck Lightyear might have just come in to take a passing shot when Popehat turned his gaze briefly towards one page of the TDMA, but he didn't just have his chuckles and then leave. He stayed. He got settled in. He tweeted over 400 times in one fucking day. He spread the fucking word as far and as wide as he could, greatly increasing the chance of some absolute randos seeing one of these tweets, going "The fuck is all this, then?" and looking into it.
Ladies and Gents, there is blood in the waters, and we're about to witness a feeding frenzy.

What they'd accomplish is pissing off a whole lot of people who were already donating to the fund, and those who were on the fence who would suddenly have that option taken away from them. Unfortunately for them, they seem to have forgotten that Checks are a thing, and would be mailed in absolute droves directly to the offices of BHBH.
Spite Funding by those who actually have the money with which to fund can be a beautiful thing.

Looks like he got the CPAP too late to prevent brain damage from oxygen deprivation. Poor fellow. I'm sure he was a productive member of society before he became a potato.

There is already an implied threat of legal action if GoFundMe did that. The one thing any company should never do is get between lawyers and their money. Its rule 23 on the American business Rules of Aquisition. Rule 22 is dont get between your banker and his money.

His life fell apart some time between 2007 and 2013. He went from looking like a late 20 year old to "I'm about to scam my way into an AARP membership" 50 year old in just a few years.
