I'm wondering if there's actual drugs. Like, does the overconsumption of soy cause you to lose all higher cognitive functions? Does Soylent have something in it like that one fungus that causes insects to become suicidal in order to spread? Any subject that has too put the words Science, Theory, or Study after its subject matter noun is almost always not based on Science, has no actual Theory behind it, and no scientifically accurate Studies to rely upon. All of them simply try and use the patina of academic rigor to give some sort of legitimacy to what is insane bullshit.

Dopamine from being accepted. Twitter is essentially a game where each "like" is considered a success, which feels like an accomplishment.
In a way you are dealing with addicts whose drug of choice is outrage. Worse yet, these addicts have formed tribes that are now having to out do each other in order to keep the chems flowing.
Disabling "likes" and "retweets" would slow the madness but utterly destroy the platform as a profitable venture.

Saw this on Twitter and people were speculating the infidelity may be the skeleton in the closet Kickvic wanted to come out during deposition.
