Starting off strong with this fatass person (honestly cannot tell if this is an average man or a very ugly woman) who took their bed sheets and made themselves into a ~goddess~
One of my favorite tags is "fat fashion" because you get hideous bullshit like

They're people who think you have to have dysphoria to be trans, and that dysphoria is a medical condition that requires medical treatment (which they believe to be transition). Basically transmedicalists/transmeds say if you don't have dysphoria and you don't actually want/need to transition (with hormones, surgery, etc) you're not trans.
