Even that doesn't make much sense. There's only a limited time in which the defendants can file a TCPA, and even though their combined legal fees to date might be significant, they're unlikely to come close to approaching Vic's estimated net worth.

Dunford is missing that none of the defendants have said "I heard someone say bla bla bla" which would obviously be protected. Marchi has specifically accused him of assaulting her, although the description isn't of an assault, as has Monica. Ron Toye has not said he's just heard these things, but that he knows them to be a fact.

So for instance if I said I saw someone in a Kiwi Farms thread saying that Dunford is a pederast, that would be true, and unless I went above and beyond that and unreasonably and maliciously asserted its truth, I wouldn't be in much danger of liability over it. If, however, based on just having seen such a baseless allegation, I then spent months posting hundreds of times a day about him being a pederast, inventing elaborate and extravagant exaggerations and details of this, to the point someone had to deliver a defamation mitigation act request hundreds of pages of long to me, and had adopted it as a factual statement of my own, that would be actionable, and that is what Soye did.

Nowhere has Soye said any of this is opinion or just something he heard. He's vouched repeatedly for its truth as a fact and that he knows it to be true personally.

Anyone who read more than the "piece of shit funny ha-ha" shit would know that.

Well there is your problem, if they did read more than that POS/Jesus statement they may have to change their minds and that would be a bad thing in their eyes. The fact that none of them knew what the TDMA letter actually did speaks volumes to what they know. IDK I think its kind of scary how much doubling down has been going on, would rather have a lawyer go I made a mistake and here is what we are going to do to fix it than one that is just blind to their own mistakes.

It's annoying seeing actual lawyers do bullshit like this and base their entire argument on what amounts to a meme. On one hand there's a reason the "alt-right" for instance uses memes, because they do have this way of displacing facts, or at least displacing more complicated facts, but you're supposed to look at the actual details, as long as that may take, before opining on something as if you are giving an informed legal opinion.

Today, Law School seems just like It's like J-School. There are very few teachers (and have been very few for a couple decades) that actually teach something other than hard left activism. It's true for Harvard Law, Columbia Journo and down the ladder to community college level paralegals.

So the odds are high and wholly unsurprising we get the majority of people coming out fully intersectional and looking to fix the world in service to their indoctrination. The red pilled or honest lawyer/journo is now the minority.

Or just doing it so long you become complacent. There was a guy that got crushed by an aircraft spoiler due to not doing a ton of things he should have done but in the end didn't respect the aircraft. And his 16 year AF career ended in seconds.

So I get Greg is a special case for a lawyer not being able to afford equipment to preserve his life. He also got the great idea of copying the tactic of letting the Kiwis do the internet discovery for them to save on money by using kickvic randos. If the Kiwis has to be told occasionally to archive shit they screenshot why would these dumbasses do a better job? Best they could do is Photoshop some more pictures and tweets badly.

His analytics and are high aimply because of the sheer amount of tweets and replies he puts out.

I haven't been keeping track of him for the past few days, but from what I've seen, it was mostly KickVic and a couple of ISWV idiots with nothing better to do than waste time on twitter who engaged him.

I invite them to go searching for facts because in many cases, actually doing that will cause them to realize how fucking vaporous and insubstantial the allegations against Vic really are.

They gave him a link to 1000 lines of random "comments" that are not time stamped, have no username and no links or screenshots to even verify. I'm willing to bet not one of them is in the petition, as he claimed.

I can't imagine who is following this idiot, your Twitter feed would be clogged with his stupid tweets.
And from his level of engagement I believe he bought some of the followers. I got 2x smaller account and on average same level of likes/retweets/comments. Unfortunately you can't see more then 5000 last followers, so I can't figure out if he got bot followers.
