Oh, yeah--his posture's absolutely horrible, and having seen video of him in motion I'm not at all surprised to see his neck is as fucked as it is. There's one video clip (I think in a .gif) where he's walking away from the camera and you can see how forward-thrust his head is, even as he holds his shoulders back.

Which video is that? I haven't seen the 'official' version of I Don't Get You, nor can I find it on YouTube, but it amuses me to no end that buttcrack is more famous than his songs.

I think the handy story is fake. Russ's whole gimmick is that he bangs hot chicks. He's very invested in this as his public persona. He would never admit to anything even remotely like that story. It's funny yes, but I do not believe it's real. Russ is a ranging homophobe who pretends to be open-minded. He's racist in the same way, in that he never directly insults the group he's biased again, but couches in code words: "saggy-pants thugs" for example. He's straight. If he's following a gay guy, he's got an ulterior motive.

I'm not saying the story is real, but I will say that I wouldn't put it past Russ to give another guy a tuggy to get a lift to a brothel. Russ is sex obsessed and thinks he needs to have sex. He hasn't been to a brothel in quite a while, so he was likely getting impatient to have sex again. Taking the California Zephyr to Reno is a huge hassle for him, so he likely figures it's worth it to give another guy a handy so he can get laid sooner and with less hassle. Russ is all about transactions, so he likely just saw it as another transaction. "I jerk you off and you give me a lift so I can fuck a hot chick and feel attractive for five minutes? Sure! How fast and hard do you want it?" I can totally see Russ doing that to facilitate his need to get sex to feed his narcissism.
