ooga booga booga

What a fucking baby. Constant tweets about how Vic's a sex pest/paedo, can't handle 19 new followers.

What a screaming drama queen. He jumps up and down begging for attention for months and when he gets it, suddenly he's a poor widdle victim.
Because the whole point was to get attention and then m1lk it for all it's worth, just like the egg headed lawyer he wants attention to validate himself.

I'm surprised Jamie's allowing his husband to go on here. Doesn't he know that as soon as you click the homepage button, you turn into an alt-right nazi who punts adorable kittens and Jews into woodchippers?

What is with these people and censoring names like that?

And I would pay to see the smack down Laura Bailey would give to anyone that came after her husband, that would be hilarious.

both Laura and Travis have been staying completely quiet about it(probably to avoid pissing off either Pro or Anti-Vic sides),now they are trying to drag them into this mess?It would be an even more delicate situation, since their careers have taken off big time and they are constantly present in major AAA games and mainstream cartoons.Travis would suffer a much bigger damage than Vic if they decide to make him the next target...

Ty's on record stating that Vic is actively keeping him from going scorched earth on the defendants, presumably because the goal isn't to bury these people, no matter how horribly they betrayed him, because for all the "well Vic should have just laid down and minecrafted himself low for a while and come back after being rehabilitated but now he's burning a kghjillion bridges because he decided to defend himself" vomitings, burying multiple people in legal avalanches of this sort would torpedo their reputations but also likely turn you into a feared and inapproachable figure-- and the whole point of this is to clear his name because otherwise, he's a persona no grata in the anime con circuit.

This is in addition to the court process being generally awful for everyone involved

So, I don't think that the desolation of his former friends and colleagues would give him peace.

I get where Vic is coming from but at the same time, he is never going to fully recover. Sure he'll get con gigs again, but I really doubt he's going to find alot of new work.

I've yet to watch Nick's full breakdown of Funi's response, but my guess is that since they shot back a reply (as opposed to settling), they feel they haven't done anything wrong. Even if a stipulation is made to give Vic X amount of roles and issue a retraction, what's done is done. They can easily just give him some roles in a one season anime or something and be done with him. They'd also refrain from casting him again.

It's been proven by all these SJWs and liberals jumping in to this conversation without any proper evidence to show for it, that people would rather believe this guy is a rapist than a guy being defamed. Even if found innocent, people on boards such as PULL, like terez and Dominique, will never stop relentlessly attacking him.

If I'd been in Vic's situation, I'd drag everyone who fucked me over so they can feel what it's like. Also, I get that BHBH is a competent law firm and can probably make a pretty solid case without using it, but wouldn't not going scorched earth hamper what you can and can't disclose about the other side ?

Oh shit, I never knew Travis was in that movie. Secondhand lions is awesome and one of the few movies that I'd pretty much always watch if i noticed it was on TV. I give it a recommend if anybody hasn't seen it, maybe my 2nd best fun Robert Duvall movie after falling down.

Jason Douglas and Dameon Clarke also show up in that movie

Nick did say that settlement usually happens after TCPA/Summary Judgement but before Trial. I mean why settle immediately until after you see if you can get the case dismissed? That was what happened in the Alex Jones v Pepe meme thing

It doesn't mean anything other than that there was a deadline and they didn't want to default on it and automatically lose.

I'd be surprised if they don't at least file a TCPA though, because if it turns out remotely well, even if they don't win outright they might be in a much better position for settlement.

It's not too interesting. She was a mid-2000s attention whore trying to force herself into the anime industry. She'd do anime song covers and shill them across multiple sites, promote herself hard at anime cons. I know a few of the established voice actors were pretty annoyed by her antics. Her first pro work was in those shitty dubs of Rozen Maiden, Familiar of Zero and Magical Girl Nanoha where the studio roped in their acting class students to do it for free.

Cristina is now an established voice actor so she's transitioned into direct thottery.

Vic believes in forgiveness; I think that's playing a big role in his choice to not go full scorched earth.

If memory serves me right, she started out her seemingly innocent years as a nasally fan dub voice artist. She dabbled in multiple fan works because she had such a naivé view of the anime dub industry. One of her early fandubs involved Lynn Minmei from the Macross: DYRL film. She performed a cover of it as well.

Of course it's blocked because copyright.

Funny how you mentioned full blown thot. People who enjoyed K-ON! joked about Mio shedding her shyness and turning into a complete prostitute in one of their head canons. Who'd thunk K-ON! fans were talking about none other than the future of Cristina Vee?

Big mistake. He needs to ditch the Christian bullshit and utterly destroy his enemies.

If he was as pious as he pretends he wouldn't have cheated on his fiancee. Burn them all.

How's that ol' chestnut go? When considering what would Jesus do, do not forget tossing a table across the room and whipping a bitch is an option?
