Overall, its quality is decent. But... he dedicated all of his time to doing this, rather than getting a new job and setting up a living situation. Get ready for some pouting next Wednesday, when Halqery and Cinder evict him. I'm sure someone else will take him in and the cycle will keep on going...

Is it just my end or does the capture of that footage look utterly rancid? The intro text is good but the gameplay looks like the footage was cropped and resized from a livestream or something. I guess it's cute if he plans to seriously run the game, as he'll get hundreds of streaming hours out of the mod and he'd never risk invalidating a run because he'll never get anything other than PBs, but I agree the best thing for his personality is to get a real job/life, and he'll never make a living online.

I'm not sure how much time he could have dedicated when there's already a full sprite list for Vaporeon (and all eeveolutions) that are available from the adventure game series "Pokemon Mystery Dungeon". There's a pretty big time difference between "creating hundres of sprites from scratch" and "making small edits to existing sprites". I'm not art expert but they looks pretty similar so I'm leaning towards "edit" and not "fully made".

I don't even think it a was a moment of self-awareness.

It's a recurring pattern with him and it's kind of disgusting? He'll make some sad announcement on Twitter where he tells people he's suicidal, or something traumatic happened, or he's thinking of leaving the community forever. He then gets several comments telling him "no please don't!" and then he decides to stream one last time or whatever. And because he was so sad on Twitter, people flood to that stream and shower him with donations + subs and then his income is boosted. And then when the hype dies down and people forget about his public meltdowns, he does it again.

He's emotionally manipulative.

EDIT: A Twitter user called Ryan Retersen (@NotDeathLung217) pointed out that Chibi had already made announcements in 2015 and 2016 for his grandfathers' deaths. So, this whole charity run is a depraved, motherfucking scam for him to not get a job.

He's really doubling down on the lie about needing donations to cover his mom and grandfather's expenses... Especially considering that both his grandfathers have been dead for 3-4 years, according to his old tweets.

So he made this video yesterday:


There's a lot of lies via omission in this video.

He talks a bit about his mother getting a divorce and that over the years he could she [and the step-father] were slowly drifting apart but he doesn't go into how the reason they were drifting apart and got the divorce was because of him. Lol.

He then says he came back home and implies that it was because his mother was in a bad financial state, but doesn't explain how he was forced to come home because he quit his job and his roommates were tired of him mooching off of them and being a disruption.

And finally he says he's throwing the marathon so he can help his mother raise money because he doesn't know what else to do to help her. Maybe not quit your job and help your mother pay the bills like a grown ass man and not try and mooch off of strangers on the Internet?

This dude is the gift that keeps on giving.
