I think this sped is the perfect example of the problem with social media sperging - the entirety of twitter is a fucking public forum. Your shit isn't private. When you post something on Twitter, you're at best nailing something stupid to a billboard or a telephone pole. At worst, you're on the sidewalk of a busy street screaming into a megaphone.

I saw the whole going scorched earth which a lot of people would be in favor for but some bit of wisdom: there cannot be a war without a cause. Wrecking people while effective would likely come back to bite Vic and other people. You've seen how much trying to destroy one man has done so it's possible to create a similar effect. Personally, I'm more of the "I'm not going to kill you, but I'm also not going to save you mindset." If you are willing to ride the train to your own destruction, I won't stop you.

Sparing thy enemy is a foolish move in a game of war tactics, but even if 1 of every 100 of these SJWs turn over a new leaf being spared, I think it's worth doing. Sparing does not mean immunity of consequences for them but simply not letting them be burned and left for dead. If Toye, Sabat, Schemmel, Marchi, Marzgurl, Shane, Twitter Spergatory with lawyer degrees, or whoever realizes their errors and admits they are wrong, I'm not going to hang it over their head and let them move on. And as much as people dislike Vic not going full force, Vic cares more about connecting with fans than the money. Let's say after all this is said and done and nobody loses their job, Broly becomes part of the main show. I be he'd do it because the fans love him being Broly and it's a way for him and his fans to connect as much as he probably dislikes people he respected trying to ruin his life. That doesn't mean Vic would recommend or promote these people nor drop the lawsuit to save their livlihood. He's a nice guy, but not nice enough to put a snake's well-being before his own.

Think is they also force people into a kill or be killed situation where no one can have a reasonable discussion or debate on the issues at hand, combine that with people being extremely juvenile, homicidal yet cowardly, you are gonna be dealing with people that can't be reasoned with and the only discourse is to take them down or block every one of their attempts to destroy someone. Not only that but they only have power as long as people are gonna listen to them and when you act and produces results that run contrary to their words, then they are gonna lose big time.

However they continue to double-down and use the emotions of people to get what they want and then feed them lies after lies after lies. It's gonna show that when you got a positive attitude in a shitstorm, people are gonna be attracted to it and want to protect that little bit of happiness. ISWV has fought for Vic even if he doesn't want to fight deep down he's happy for it and that people who would have taking this shit further haven't because of how people are following his example.

Nobody is gonna be like St. Victor, but people are gonna be less vicious fight a more long term and defensive battle for Vic. Just look at Ty, he's not going nuclear on them and is instead grinding them slowly but surely because as much as we all want to nuke them, being a gradual grinder in this fight is the better option. Besides, we get to watch them slowly have a mental breakdown and see how they ruin themselves more and more until the very end. If anything we got some of the biggest and fattest lolcows around to milk and it's gonna be delicious savoring their defeat.

So once all of this is over we can expect another golden era in entertainment because Ty has been retained by, Ben Henderson , Todd Haberkorn and Bullfrog and something-something. Either way, shits gonna be good.

something of note: The Lawyers on Twitter always refer to "Actual Malice" and how that was not proveable here and how it doesn't mean "intent to harm" so i did a bit of superficial research on the topic and EVERYTHING says that, if we went with their interpretation and consider Vic a public figure, "Actual malice" is present when the statements are proveably false AND this state of being false was known by the people making them. So even in that regard Shane's public statement of all of this being blown out of proportion by both sides proves actual malice.

Now if we look at Vic as a private person, which he definitely is in this case since public figures generally are more government based according to the same source i am talking about here, then there are 5 things to consider
First: Was it said to somebody that is not the plaintiff or defendant (Check on this)
Second: Is it false (Check)
Third: Can it be seen as defamatory (Check)
Fourth: Can the statement be interpreted in multiple ways? (It can not for this)
Fifth: Was Vic actually named? (Hella check)

So what these people say is that actual malice can still be proven but "lol it can't because that's not what it means lol"
