well, unless one of the actual defendants themselves (jamie, ron, monica, or a funimation executive) is directly involved in a way that can be proven beyond reasonable doubt in court, but i do not see that happening right now.

i might be wrong, i didn't actually go through every single one of the posted logs, but from what i've seen the people in them are just random internet nobodies and some tangentially involved spergs like pridemore, not monica or ron or jamie themselves.

In the leaked Discord conversation, Emmett refuses "respect the floor" after being told to do so by Allison Crooks. He is issued a warning and told to stop. He leaves the group and is banned. While there is no date on this, we know that Jessie Pridemore joined on or shortly after February 24th. Emmett's story was published on February 25th.

I'd really like to see the whole conversation because this seems like an odd turn of events. Emmett was either just about to publish his unflattering article about Vic or he had already done so. What was it that caused such a rift that resulted in him being belligerent, telling everyone that he was "out" and then getting banned by Jamie?

Was he already in their Discord or invited in as a result of writing that piece? If the former, did they encourage him to write it or help him put it together? If the latter, were they doing something he fundamentally disagreed with?

Its about 95% level of certainty that Jaime and Pridemore are directly implicated and participated in gayops. Certain actions that they've done line up accordingly to the things they've done. The easiest example of this is when the user "She Devil" aka Jaime Marchi told everyone to like and comment a positive post she was planning to make a twitter. Just by (((coincidence))) the polite post goes up on twitter right after she tells her discord gayopers to do it. What's even more of a (((coincidence))) is that the same people on said gayop discord are the same people who liked and retweeted that tweet.

There's plenty of more shit prove they are who they are but imo those are the extremely obvious ones.

getting that proof would require that vics lawyers get their hands on marchis electronic devices and scour them for information, then submit that shit as evidence to the court if they find something. and i don't think that is in their power.

Not quite as difficult there. Cause I mean the thing is we've heard rumblings of this secret discord before, also idk about that. It's not THAT difficult to get. Discord would freely be able to provide a full archive of the discord if subpoenaed, right?

It's going to come out in discovery. If she wants to assert that she isn't She Devil, that won't end well. We were able to make that connection with only a handful of random screen shots. If we had everything in that Discord, there would be no doubt.

It's no more difficult to subpoena Discord than Twitter or any other corporation that handles probably dozens of subpoenas every day. And if your question is "will they spend tens of thousands of dollars to fight for 'customers' who use their product for free" do you really even have to ask that?

The only real question with Discord is their data retention. This stuff is pretty old. They might not keep it that long.

There's multiple things pointing toward Marchi being She Devil, unless the person running that discord decided to falseflag her and all the usual twitter remoras were just cool with them potentially getting their "friend" into serious legal shit by pretending to be Marchi...which I doubt.

Discord archives EVERYTHING even the stuff that is deleted, and there is NO WAY discord would try to risk fighting a subpoena of requested info. That is like playing with fire there.

It's not even a fact of people doing it, discord AUTOMATICALLY archives each and every message that is posted.(Even deleted posts are still in the archive. So there is no getting out of trouble by scrubbing the discord.) Normally that's just basically "auto-saving the game" of each discord server when new posts are made.

Why would Discord fight a subpoena for something unrelated to them? "Some retards used discord to commit civil conspiracy against my client, I'm going to need to see the full chat logs of that server please."
