She's not going to get sued. There's no point in pondering that question.

"Amanda Gets Sued"

(not because there was some value in suing her with what we know now, but because she somehow managed to get dirt on her)

They are just trolling at this point, best to ignore this.

I don't think it's just trolling, but rather trying to play down what they've been outed for doing. Just like with the civil conspiracy, they think people will take it less seriously if they joke about it... for some reason. It only makes them look like idiots, though.

"We need to retreat!......"
Do these faggots think they're in a actual war or something lmao holy shit :story:

...to be fair, reporters here have delved into war-like descriptors when describing current events in WW.

Scams like this are super common in Russia, which is why (along with corrupt police) so many people have dashcams to save evidence when things like this happen. One of my favorite Russian dashcams is where some dude jumps in front of some car and the guy runs him over, then gets out of his car and beats the shit out of him, too.
Please tell me you've got a link to that available. That sounds amazing.

It isn't clear what happened other than someone tried something negative at Vic's booth and got escorted out by security.

With the release of additional conversations from the Discord, we can now say that the author of "Vic Mignogna: A Love Story", Emmett Plant, joined just prior to the publication of his story on February 25th, along with his friend Jessie Pridemore. He wasn't there for long, however. There was an argument, of which we only caught the very end of.

Emmett had refused to "respect the floor" after being told to do so by Allison Crooks (she would later be appointed as the editor for Jamie Marchi's fan page on Facebook in April). He was issued a warning by another member and told to stop. He said, "Have fun, folks. I'm out."

The next 12 minutes of the conservation are missing.

When we pick back up, Jessie Pridemore complains that, "This guy made who knows how much fucking money today and I, in my opinion, no one won"

At first, I thought she was taking about Todd Haberkorn, whom she had been telling people that ANN would soon be releasing an article about. But he wasn't at any conventions on or around February 25th. Then it hit me.

They were talking about the Shane stream.

Jamie Marchi, (who banned Emmett), had this to say in response to her,
We're not the Risemdroll Rangers. No one needs our permission to give an interview. I don't know, Emmit, Jessie.

Emmett's story came out later that day,

Void: shit got bad and dark and out of control

Kame: you're joking wright

Void: no

now jessie is understandably breaking down

[...]

Void: So Emmet was kicked
Still don't know why

kame: remind me who he was
i think jamie wanted him kicked i think

Void: Jessie's friend joined like 12hrs before

kame: I think they might have said or done something daft

Void: I think he was a bit rude
Search "Emmett, please respect the floor"
In that group

kame: can you screen shot

Void: Also it seems "Todd" story will drop soon
Yeah

kame: another not jessie's

Void:

Apparently someone tried to assault Vic

Someone in the comments also mentioned it possibly being caught happening on hero hei's stream
My heart goes out to Vic: it's pretty scarey knowing your personal lynch mob is escalating their tactics. That said...

LOL wow WHAT AN ABSOLUTE FUCKING SPED! How do you even fuck up a gay op that easy!? What, couldn't hold your pee pees long enough to wait in line and get close? Did your single mommy or two daddies never teach you how to lob a decent sportsball arc from a distance? Or was the crowd alerted early by the stench of your fucking soy-filled tears and sweat!?

I'm not condoning fig ops, but... seriously, I feel like I could have pulled this one off with zero planning or effort whatsoever.

EDIT:
At 1:11:15 it shows Vic talking to the cops after the alleged incident

Dude had a velvet bag. VELVET BAG. You can't make this fucking shit up. This is what KickVic looks like. HOW EMBARRASSING!!!

High alert at FBI HQ.

Yes, because I’m sure bringing the FBI in would go well for Marzgurl. Who do you think the FBI will be more prone to look at? The large expensive, politically connected Texas Law firm? Or the shady panhandling mental patient who was BFF with a serial interstate rapist/sex pest, who has been involved in several seemingly professionally organized extortion and harassment campaigns meant to defame and destroy small to medium sized businesses, (yeah, that’s kinda what CTC was. At least that’s how the FBI would view it.)

People who have as many skeletons in their closet as the KV crew seem to, should probably try to avoid the FBI’s notice. Once you attract the FZbI’s attention, it rarely focuses where you would want it to go.

That’s rather scary. Hopefully security did a bit more than simply confiscate his badge.

I JUST got off the phone with Vic. This was NOT an attack whatsoever. He said this guy was maybe drunk or something and he walked up past the line. Vic's helper, Kyle stopped him and told him to go to the end of the line and he got belligerent, so security was called. He just wanted an autograph. Nothing more.

The Sveltana post above means all of this is meaningless. I transcribed it anyway just in case:

1:11:10
Woman (unrelated?): I DIDN'T DO IT! SHUT UP!

1:11:40
TUG: hey, what happened? what'd he do?
Woman 2: this guy like walked up and [...?] and he has a little velvet bag with like, something in it and he was gonna throw it on Vic. YOu can ask [...]?

TUG: so this guy was going to assault Vic, he was going to throw something on him.
TUG: ...You'll have to excuse me, I'm not trying to get in the way or whatever...
TUG: so some guy was gonna throw some shit on Vic up here, I told you someone would try to gay op it [...]

1:12:23
TUG: He has been arrested, he has got two cops on him. That's why he has people like Kyle [...]

TUG: Would you all put the word out that someone was going to assault Vic? I wish you all would.
TUG: We did not catch it on film but I'm going to ask Kyle, 'cause I want to know.

1:13:20
TUG: He's being removed here (person being taken away by 2 guards).
TUG: Someone was going to throw something on Vic.

Man: Apparently, something like that. Yeah. Apparently he didn't have a pass, either.

TUG: So they snuck in, they walked in. This is the problem here, these people are trying to push past and do crazy shit like that. I'm going to ask Kyle. Everything good, can I ask what happened? Is that okay?

Kyle: It's fine, there were no legal issues or anything like that. The gentleman tried to approach the desk without permission or waiting in line and he refused to leave on his own accord. I asked him several times, I asked him please, I asked nicely several times, but he refused so I had to call security and take his pass.

Hei: Wow, that's crazy.

Kyle: I didn't want anything to happen, [...]

1:14:30
TUG: Apparently someone was saying he had some stuff in his hand, like a whole bag and stuff. He did have a thing (TUG holds his thumb and index finger out about 5 inches apart)
See look, she said he had something in his hand, and he did have something on him, they took something from him, I was watching, y'know, so, [...] ugh, what a mess.

Dude had a velvet bag. VELVET BAG. You can't make this fucking shit up. This is what KickVic looks like. HOW EMBARRASSING!!!
I think it was just one those cheap drawstring bags.

LMFAO these losers are so stupid and broke that they can't afford passes to do their stupid figops and get busted before pulling anything off. i guess it's too much to ask that they chip in a couple of bucks to get an inside agent, but these are the idiots who had to crowdfund catfood so i'm not surprised at al..

Hey #kickvic: GO GET REAL JOBS hahahahahahahaha

Yeah, that's fine. Looks like I jumped the gun a bit anyways. I'll eat the crow while it's fresh and tasty.

Still sounds like dude was acting shady as shit, though. Really hope the cops checked the bag to see what was in it.

EDIT: dude walks past the line/camera at 1:06:39 (thanks rando youtube timestamper), and TUG/Hei notice the commotion at about 1:10:54. So whatever happened took place in the span of about four minutes, fifteen seconds. Dunno if that's helpful, just making a note.

So it turns out it was just a drunk guy who wanted an autograph and skipped the line.
