Assuming this was just a random drunk guy i'm very reliefed. I doubt Vic would even press charges in that regard.
But another note: TUG at 1:18:25 mentions to Hei that there is another security issue he needs to talk to security about. Do we know what he's talking about? Is he just referring to Renfamous' tweet about the meetup at the bar possibly?

It's really easy to understand. I want to believe it's a fault of the education system but some people are just idiots. The burden of proof is not on the "prosecuting side" (i.e opposite the defense) in all cases whatsoever. It is on the side (whatever side that is) that is making a specific claim. In criminal cases it is usually on the prosecution side to prove beyond a reasonable doubt in order to meet their burden of proof if the defendant levies a negative defense (i.e "I didn't do nuffin"). However, if the defense levies an affirmative defense such as self-defense or insanity (et cetera) the defense bears some burden of proof in establishing the facts surrounding the event, either through preponderance of the evidence or other forms of evidence less than the absolute highest threshold "beyond reasonable doubt".

When it comes to defamation, the defense bears the burden of proof in each and every one of their affirmative defenses and has to be better evidence than Vic's assertion that they are not true. It's as simple as that. For instance, when the defense asserts that their conduct was not defamatory because what they said about Vic was "substantially true" they bear the burden to prove it was true, otherwise, in some dystopian legal system where SJWs have taken over, it would force the plaintiff (Vic) to prove he isn't a rapist (which if you have any brain cells in your head you'll know immediately the problems with that) to maintain a suit.

This guy should change his username to SpergdogBT

Not sure how it's hypocritical for people to criticize some ambulance chaser who has admitted himself to not knowing a damn thing about the case before he jumped dick-first but that's just me I guess.
Edit: thnx Army Burger for the clarification on who this guy is.

This guy's one of the mods of Monica's fan group on Facebook. He's gonna be sucking up to her even after she loses the case.

A drunk guy making a scene actually isn't that uncommon. At sporting events it's a miracle if a drunk guy isn't yelling and pissing you off. You guys have to be careful what tree you bark at when something happens since ISWV has war hawks around every corner. I saw some of the Renfamous groupies were at AM probably having a good time but dropped a whale off at TUG's booth. They could've asked someone like me to deliver it if they were so afraid of being seen. It's a stupid joke in the end.

Anyways, notice how they always seem to be heavily focused on Nick Rekieta. Some random run-of-the-mill guy is their ultimate enemy. Like this unstoppable evil force. It's pretty hilarious how they paint him as a bigger threat than he really is. It really is that vs meme. Who would win: A dubbing company known by millions of people or some random drunk guy from Minnesota. Well their salty tears are what keep Nick eating well.

So KickVic has been laughing about the con having almost no one show up. Any truth to that or are they just taking a couple pictures out of context?

They were sharing pics of the convention before it publicly opened (thus, pretty empty except for vendors) claiming that they were taken when it was open and no visitors were there. But if you watch any live stream you will see have many people were there.

From what I hear (and saw from the livestreams) it was packed Friday and Saturday, Sunday it was probably half as much because of the rain and because people are hungover and want to catch their flights early to get home before work on Monday. Even if they find some deserted corner of the convention center, you can't fake the turnout at Vic's booth, Vic's panels, or the panel with Rekieta et al, so it's ultimately meaningless.
