Shame keeps spouting that this draft apology document will be some massive gotcha and immediately win the case for the three stooges. If this document exists it has a massive problems for the defendants - it will be seen as tainted by a jury. You have the three stooges working behind the scenes trying to get Vic removed, in secret discords coordinating their attacks/responses, likely trying to influence/induce/bully Vic into making the statement they want and he didn't make that statement, but walked away and made his own...
You put that document in front of a jury and you'll be laughed out of the room.
