I can actually make a pretty decent guess why there are no trans women on the Lesbians show. Because other characters on the show would make less than flattering comments about a "lesbian" dating someone with a penis. Like what would actually happen in a real group of lesbians.
It wouldn't even matter if it was the villain or "mean girl" character, expressing "terf-y" thoughts on the show would make the Twitter wailing shake the heavens.
