So to answer the question Jim posed about Redditt subs censoring the Resetera pedo shit; given that the newest tactic being employed by the lunatic left to silence coverage of their evil is to false flag report videos and stuff for "privacy violations", KIA and company might be afraid that Resetera goons might try and finally kill KIA by filing a false DMCA claim on "privacy" grounds to kill the forum.

Pintrest had major success recently. taking down videos from Tim Poole and Project Veritas that exposed left wing corruption using this tactic. So KIA might be fearful especially since IIRC one of the Resetera pedos has already screamed "lawsuit" and the redditt mods are probably already wanting an excuse, any excuse to kill KIA

Looks good. The roster and levels appear to be fairly large like in MUA1, though I do hope they stick closer to MUA2 in how characters play, since in that one I thought each played more uniquely whereas in the first game there were like three or four archetypes, making a lot of characters same-y and interchangeable. I hope I'm wrong about the Avengers game but so far it seems like it'll be (or at least the singleplayer mode) another cinematic shooter.

Apparently Avengers is similar to Anthem and Destiny? It's a service game. Sounds really dumb. I just want a single player mode. I don't want to pay for shit.

MUA3 is definitely a love letter to Marvel. All the new characters.....everyone is there lol. Elsa Bloodstone, Elektra, etc. FF and Jessica Jones are coming in the season pass too. I just hope its longer than both X-men legends and MUA games...

Took me a bit to figure out how to efficiently download from Dlive. Their instructions for VLC sorta work but VLC kept jumping back to the beginning of the stream after about 32 minutes in. Youtube-dl will appear to download from the .m3u8 but when it was done, the output was only about 32 minutes... which is right around when the VLC problem happened. Tried using ffmpeg to do it, that didn't work. Also tried a Chrome add-on that only output a 5 minute video. Finally found a Perl script linked via Stack Overflow that downloads all the .ts files into one. VLC still doesn't like it (again the 32min length), but Handbrake had no problem converting it to an .mp4 in only about 20 minutes. I think their .ts files are fucked up somehow that is tripping up youtube-dl and VLC.

I'll try to keep up with this in a timely manner. The main archive channels will have it up faster but they are doing screen captures so they will suffer from dlive player issues and page refreshes. Downloading the replay eliminates that problem.

Either the platform would have to be tightly closed or the provider would have to be willing to lose millions of dollars on operating costs, assuming they could get the engineers they need to build it in the first place. Youtube has a lot of issues but it is an amazing piece of engineering. Getting away from google and other shit tech giants means that we are going to have to get used to shittier products as we move back to a decentralized web.

If you ask me, I'd rather watch streams in 480p maximum, but with people not immediately banned for calling somebody a faggot. Though I'm sure I won't have that.

I like Crystal Dynamics, so hopefully this upcoming Avengers becomes the new PS4 Spiderman or Arkham Asylum type of bar raiser for capeshit games.
