Did a quick look through of the guy's twitter to see what's up- dude's pulling a better "i'm a neutral party" than Shane ever did, so good for him-, and I found a cute little video someone posted after a Skye tweet. They are running hard and fast with the "Vic doesn't know Nick because they've never met before!" Apparently you can only actually care about someone if you only talk to them face to face.

Production quality is better than I thought it would be. Oh, also, in case all of you missed this, Nick's a bit of a meany head and says not nice things.

Only if it is to fulfill an outstanding judgement. The classic example is OJ Simpson. He wasn’t convicted criminally, but he was found liable for wrongful death. He played massive games to hide assets. The victims families sued for his book earnings to fulfill the wrongful death judgement. Skye is not a party to any legal complaints. She can profit off it if she wishes, so long as she doesn’t open herself up to defamation, etc.

If she couldn't be sued, there would be no way to obtain any judgement.

The irony of this is that most of the malicious actions with well documented evidence within the past 6 months is all from the KickVic side. Meanwhile, with the exception of a few spergs, ISWV has been mostly quiet and just collecting information. It's like the best way to defeat these lunatics is to gather information and make a timeline while weathering the storm because they eventually destroy themselves.
