Brianna Wu & her little henchwriter Maddy Myers both plugged the hell out of it, putting Kiva up on a pedestal when the Kickstarter was still collecting funding. "She made this game, which means there's no way this project could fail!" during a time when Kickstarters were starting to be recognized as risks. Quite the clever grift, second only to Zoe Quinn/Chelsea Vanvalkerburg's Tingle scam for $80K+ for taking the money and running with barely an explanation and zero product.

I remember those days. I'd love to see someone have the balls to call them out on their grifting.

Some quick points: On the roommate situation, Kiva has literally had months to figure something out. The roommate with the gun (a crazy troon he appears somewhere in this thread a few months ago) was in jail for at least a month during which time she had ample time to replace them. She didn't for God only knows what reason. She also e-begged to "make up for his portion of the rent".

Her worthless sack of shit soy boy husband "David" is a literal card carrying commie that hasn't had a single job in the last decade other than twitter. He took the "employment test" last week and failed it. It's a $100 test so seems like something you wouldn't want to fail if you have no income. He failed it anyways because he's unemployable and an idiot.

And lastly, given how badly the last fundraiser went I gotta give her some props for having the balls to try it again. Seems the T is working for her.

yea right, like that loser is some great catch himself. in reality kivan and her husband are shut-ins that live in a fog of weed smoke and spend their entire lives online. neither one of them has a work history, neither one of them has any credit history and neither one of them will follow through on anything in the fundraiser.

Looks like they managed to apply for one single apartment after scamming the $6K last week. One apartment. In a relatively tight market like Portland. With no credit history. One apt. That money will be vaporized on weed and food soon enough.
