It's suspected that this will likely go to a motion as MoRonica have been stating for months how they want everything out in the open, Casey rejected an earlier offer from BHBH about a rule 11 agreement (see pg 23, exhibit E, #6) and argued in court against a confidentiality agreement being in place.

Discord has their own records since they’re an American company partly owned by Warner Media, they’d have to comply with subpoenas.
To my knowledge, I don’t know if you can recover text conversations through the local cache on your computer (maybe DMs you might)
However you can recover every image you’ve even seen on any server through the local cache by converting it back using terminal, I don’t know if they ever patched this out, but with the way discord works I doubt they could.
There are YouTube videos showing you how and some people have even made scripts and programs that do it automatically so it’s pretty public knowledge.

-Defendants and their counsel are holding this information hostage until a rule 11 confidentiality agreement is in place. By refusing to provide this information they have broken several rules of civil procedure (such as Rule 3.12) and may be subject to sanctions.
-Earlier the defendants went before the court and argued against any confidentiality agreement being in place (some transcript from May 31st hearing).
-Defendants have cut and paste generic objections throughout their reply and by doing so may have waived their right to any valid objections.
-Ron has no documentation in regards to the Funimation/Sony investigation and many other responses boil down to 'just google it'
-Casey has complaints with BHBH too. Nick informs that Ty has given opposing counsel tens of thousands of documents. Casey asked for very broad information in his interrogatories and is now unhappy he has too much and can't navigate it.

Tekko released this statement to head off other statements from the crimson chin / professional contrarian / mannish contrarian / pseudo troon / troonish contrarian / manjawrian aka Jennifer Hunt. (everybody has a new nickname per post. If post is talking about a big chinned, manly appearance assume the above person).

Thanks to you guys for the detailed write ups. I just try and organize the small gossip stuff so people can get information moving smoothly. Certain days just have too much going on and the general thread can be anywhere from 10 to 20 pages of nothing or something. Stopping to write a polished summary is just too much work for me since it disrupts my workflow.
