I knew this would be their spin, they will outright deny that they asked for it and will just call Nick/Ty lying grifters until they're blue in the face. Not even shoe huffer Shane can spin this latest development into a win so is instead just denying it's happening. If/when a rule 11 agreement is put into place they'll blame Vic for it 100%.

These people are so transparent and cowardly, I'm not a praying man but I pray Vic has a change of heart on needing things to be kept hush hush. They're going to use their own request to try and put doubt into the public space and in turn attempt to continue the damage to Vic career.

From the way Nick said it, I got the impression Vic and Ty only wanted the confidentiality agreement out of concern that just Vic would get deposed and then they'd get the stay and publicize anything they could smear him with. But now that MoRon are scheduled and will be desposed as well, Vic and Ty DON'T want the confidentiality agreement because it won't be one-sided anymore.

Not to give Shane credit but that person is an idiot for thinking they have a gotcha on him and then mentioning the wrong procedure. He's going to latch onto anything he can to dodge answering the question, even if it gets corrected. If they had properly said that it was discovery instead of a depo, he would have just gone with some variation of not believing Nick regardless of if proof could be presented. I know tweeting doesn't take long but why even take that time out of your day when you're not going to get anything out of it, other than him being slightly more obnoxious and dumb.
