'Frankly, I assumed MoRonica gave considerable thought to any personal privacy concerns before rejecting a rule 11 agreement. Regardless, my client has considered their request and it is declined.'

Here's my thinking. There've been multiple instances where someone on KV has posted an image along with a claim, only for the person in the image to come forward and refute the claim that has been attributed to them.

So say going into deposition they go "Jane Doe said Vic did X", which becomes "Anon says Vic did X", and then Jane Doe can't come forward and dispute this after the disposition because she doesn't realize the person they are citing is herself.

'Course I can't imagine something like that staying secret forever if indeed that was their strategy, but I haven't seen any strategy on the KV side consider the long term yet, so it seems possible.

I think it's more likely they know if those names got released we'd prove they were full of shit within a few hours, and they'd rather force BHBH to go through that effort.

been out of this for a bit following the sub threads are armzgurl and ann while waiting for anything interesting to happen in the court scene, but did i accurately hear that moronica changed their minds and want to file everything privately so we cant laugh at them to protect the wahmyns? because that is some next level exceptionalism

To their credit, some of these statements are true. The staff had no idea where things were, although a phone and free wifi fix that. However, this was a much more interesting con than most. Their was a lot more industry knowledge at that one con, than any other con I've been to. The Godzilla guys panel alone was more fun then half the A-list VAs panels I've been to.
