Modern Marvel (at least the comics) is in its current state because Perlmutter doesn't give a shit about comics so he lets Quesada do whatever as long as it doesn't interfere with Marvel's merch deals (particularly toys). What I think you'll see with RoosterTeeth is that they're going to get rolled into one larger company with all the other animation studios Time-Warner has acquired and you'll probably see a lot of their staff get canned over time except for the people working on RvB or RWBY.
