I don't think Nick is being disingenuous at all but lawyers know how to work themselves to bring a point across as good as any actor, it fits in to the whole "zealously advocating" for your clients. Knowing when to be mad and how to apply just the right amount of angry language in a depo/doc/rant/etc is part of the art.

Yet another example of why Shane should just simply be ignored. He provides zero useful information and even the time spent analyzing his stupidity is time wasted and probably lowers your IQ. No matter what he says, when you actually look at the transcript or the documents, he's wrong every single time.

That's not completely true. Shortly after his complete obliteration by Lord Rackets and shortly before being fired by Kamehacon for being such a fucking idiot that there was little else they could do, he was supposed to pick up some people from the airport. Those people didn't know who it was ,so when they called, the response was, "Shane is going to." They accepted it.

Five minutes later one of them calls back. "Wait, shane Holmberg?"

"Yeah, why?"

"If I see him I'm legitimately going to punch him."

The entire argument used for this whole, "we need to protect the victims" is spurious.

1: Take one statement used that isn't even actually a threat (A youtube video comment involving a bulletproof vest) in the worst possible light.
2: Demand a blanket condemnation of "threatening activity" using the aforementioned comment as the example. (See Ron's tweets on Feb 7, and Vic's on Feb 8. )
3: Use the blanket condemnation as evidence of widespread threats.

Citogenesis for death threats.

Never apologize. Never condemn. They will not be used as paths to reconciliation, but as ammunition and evidence of the activity being condemned and apologized for.

Shoe eater is wrong again. Discovery materials are filed as part of the docket all the time. It is almost certain motion practice from this point forward will include the interrogatories as exhibits. In fact, it is against the rules to refer to factual discovery evidence in a motion without citing it and then appending it to the motion. If a document appears on a case docket it is per se public record and accessible to anyone and everyone.

What he is referring to as "leaks" means anyone that has a iq over 62 and can use Google to locate and properly use state docket systems. The federal courts even have a more comprehensive "leaking" system called PACER. Someone should alert Congress to this alt right doxing system.
