So where are we at right now? Seems like RT dying, Funi's death is slow burning, ANN on suicide watch, and at least Rial, Marchi, Toye and a few others are day by day looking like they will be fucked in court.
RT: Death by Diversity Danegeld. They have enough people pissed off internally at how they treat their employees, combined with the shriveled old crone that is Animation's equivalent of Anita Sarkeesian smelling shekels and blood in the water. They'll be sucked dry and then their IP husk will be merged into whatever parent company owns them, at which point CYMK or whatever their shitty deviantart comic is called will be farmed out for shitty merch and the cheapest korean / chinese animation studio they can find. Or worse, CalArts Beanmouth animation. Remember, the crone is literally currently running a con where they pretend to be making High Guardian Spice, a troon's tumblr comic turned into a Calarts beanmouth shitshow -- except those paying attention have realized all the non-SJW grifter staff have put up resumes and announced they have left the show. So that scam is probably coming to an end, meaning it's time for a new one -- i.e., "saving" RT.
Funimation: Literally just waiting to be supplanted by Aniplex, whom Sony also owns. This is literally only a matter of time. Aniplex IIRC is based out of NYC so Sony may want to keep Funimation as an imprint going for a while so they can use the cheaper Texas voice actors. Funi seems to be up to something with BHBH, I suspect they realize what MoRon et all are trying and are making motions to exit, stage left.
ANN: Not dead yet. Their costs are probably low enough that they will be fine for a long while. I don't know what their parent company situation is. They appear to be preparing a new hit piece as of this week.
Rial: I believe Ron is the only one who has answered the interrogitories, unless I'm wrong and it was a combined answer. I fully expect her to knife Toye -- in Minecraft -- and leave his corpse for the wolves before this is over.
Marchi: Dodged process, amusingly. Somewhat sane initial reply. Waiting on interrogitory responses, which are due... soon? Appears to have been involved in a Fig Ops discord which was confirmed by several sources as, in part, trying to get the Go Fund Me taken down.
Toye: Literally still tweeting despite his legal counsel telling him to stop. Legal response to interrogitory ranged from "just Google it" to "give us the confidentiality we fought against earlier or we won't comply." I.e., pants on head retarded.
Others: I know ArmzGurl got a nice letter saying she should retain data. I believe a few others did as well -- Thotmore? Someone very obviously called in Super Lolyers in order to try and morale boost their team, which is kind of working as the lolyers have detected a fresh source of attention and social media engagement.
1 Week until Deposition. I kinda suspect BHBH will submit an order to compel today, or drag them in front of the judge for discovery bullshit. Again. Good odds on the judge getting
