Ralph has already cried about gator trying to around his back to talk to his family. The only family he has literally ever mentioned is his dead father, dying mother, disabled brother, and Nora. So im gonna guess that Nora is who he was talking about. Which in turn means that Nora probably elected to snitch gator out and enable Ralph, rather then try to talk sense into him.
