Despite his addiction, I would imagine he would be far more cautious to fling shit back at Metokur. I don't know if things would get better though - he'd just do enough to appear better. He'd do enough to look like he's listening. And he would want to appear on good terms with Metokur for the sake of PR. Anyone attacking Metokur always ends up looking stupid.

The last thing he would do is become self-aware, because there's a million enticing shortcuts for him to take around self-improvement. I mean, he's already dodged the moment of realization he could have had when Metokur was laughing at him on Twitter. He's been constantly dodging the opportunity for self-realization by ignoring the fact that Metokur hasn't wanted to be on for a long, long time now. He thinks Metokur is a buddy, or that Metokur is laughing with him, or maybe that Metokur is laughing at him and just silly banter. He's got a list of bullshit actions to take before he really looks at himself in the mirror.

I'm going off of Donga's situation as it was the most similar one. Jim avoided mentioning him by name and poking too hard before Donga started sperging out on him. Queen of Poz used Metokur to trollshield and pretended they were best buddies while Ralph is just professing his buttcheeks drunken love to almighty

Not to mention Ralph pockets most if not all the money from TRR. Zidan and Gator never got paid much of anything. Now you have Gator leave and Ralph is such a selfish brainlet he thinks saying that he gave Gator $300 is any jab when Ralph never paid Gator anything at all.

I'm sure many of you have noticed "The cycle" and we all became aware of this cycle after the Miami gay on gay domestic abuse case. Wherein literally all of the terrible things could of happened, happened all on camera and Ethan was at the epicenter. Yet he denied it and pretended it did not occur, "haha guys the butcher is coming back, don't worry about me neglecting my pigs"

This is the cycle, and it is the fundamental aspect of Ralph, I would go as far to say that his addictions aren't the main problem, it's this cycle of extreme confidence (to a fault) in himself that he outright denies reality every single time, it's going to happen tonight again, the show will be somewhat stable (Unless Dame is a sleeper agent) and he will not even acknowledge anything in regards to Wednesday.

I didn't read it like that at all. And it's been said for a long time that Ralph never paid Zidan or Gator. The $300 was a gift/maybe loan to help Gator pay rent. NOT for working on Ralph.

This, 100%.

In fact, it's plausible to suggest that Ralph wants to be the subject of feature-length Jim production. Ralph's Jimfagging the other night was a thinly veiled cry for help directed toward his higher power (who in this case is a 37 y/o manchild from Minnesota). It would be cathartic for Ralph to see himself officially become the person he has always looked down upon. It might be the "wake up call" he needs. It could potentially do him a lot of good.

Moreover, Ralph's downfall has real educational value. Many of Metokur's videos have a sort of "cautionary tale" vibe, in that they are reflective / circumspect rather than mean-spirited or critical. Jim would be doing a service to his community by covering Ralph. And of course, it would be really entertaining. There are no drawbacks TBH. So Jim, if you happen to read this, IMO you should do a feature on this, maybe with a few episodes.
