This shit happens all the they will make excuses as to why it all didn't come out whether there is a settlement or not, and whether or not they are ordered to shut the fuck up and quit defaming Vic. We we already supposed to get blown away by their evidence and it hasn't happened. There will be excuses after trial if it gets that far. My guess is that any settlement would require public retractions and could possible include consequences for further defamatory statements. Honestly they’re screwed both ways but at least if it goes to trial they can cherry pick and warp enough presented evidence to build a narrative; one that’s enough to dupe the sychophants who are too dense to follow the whole thing in the first place.
