This moron really does not understand the concept of the perjury trap does he? Don't claim something is a lie when the opposing council has documented communication with your lawyer that it is truth. It makes it disastrously easy to prove everything you say is a lie. Why the holy fuck is this idiot still spewing on Twitter? Does he not grasp that every single thing he tweets can and will be used against him in a court of law?

Do you think Toye follows any of this or pays attention to what's going on? He's a clueless idiot, which is why he feeds information to Shane. Anyone think they'll try to file a TCPA early next week before any of the depositions just to stall even further?

That just makes me wonder what Casey's updates to MoRon must look like.

"Hey, Ron baby! We got 'em on the ropes! They're right where we want them! Yeah, go ahead and release that tweet, because all it's going to take to bury them is $20,000 more! Sounds good! Let's do lunch!"

Or is it more like:

"Ron. Baby. You're killing me here. I told the judge you'd stop tweeting. I need you to stop tweeting. It's going to cost at least another $20,000 to keep you, and incidentally me, out of jail! I can't go back, Ron!"

So, Monica was scheduled to be on the floor of Louisville Supercon from 10 am until 8 pm, with a MHA panel from 11 am until noon. Looking at the guests scheduled to be on the floor that day, Vic is suspiciously absent from that list.

Archive is being fucky, so here's a direct link to the site.

Oh Tatum will appear? Will his cumdump fiancee be there as well?

The only thing gayer than the failing KV gay ops would be Vic's pants.
Raver pant
So is this a troll that is apparently trying to dox Nick's address? Or is it shortround ops?

EDIT: I meant on Twitter

That lasted...

It's pretty interesting how Beth claims she talked with 25+ people about Vic, had so much information she had to 'cut' those pesky interviews who said nice things about him and most of his own interview, and still had to cite Monica three times and pretend her info came from three different people just to pad out the article with any actual content.

I think it's sad when people absolutely refuse to show anything from the other side and really telling what kind of person the journalist is. Then again that's really sad if you view that as your masterpiece when the straight up interview would have made a much, much better article. She was pissed the interview leaked out as if it were me, I would be one linking to the full.

I'm just sad that you can ruin a person's life like this. I'm afraid the only lesson that SJWs will learn isn't that you can't just spout accusations, but that you need a goddamn miracle to overturn them.

The case turned out perfectly in this case. Monica and Ron didn't shut up. Everybody except Vic sperged out on Twitter. While he was at his lowest suddenly he gets in contact with two hilarious lawyers that are emotionally invested in fighting for him. They managed to attract the attention of several groups, including KF, that were willing to go "now hol' up a minute" and try to smell the bullshit.

If Monica and Ron were just a bit smarter, we wouldn't be here.

Thats the funniest thing about this to me. Vic could be innocent, guilty of some allegations or guilty of everything he has been accused of, but the only reason the situation is at it is is because theses speds absolutely, ABSOLUTELY had to virtue signal for SJW points.

If they just kept their mouths shut, nobody would have cared, Vic wouldn't be getting any cons and they could have just moved on with their lives.

If they'd never said anything Vic would have been fine; he had loads of conventions booked for the year before they interfered.

I do see the point though - if they'd given up and stopped a lot sooner or said a whole lot less Vic would have had less backlash support.

In the transcript of the court, I think BHBH did argue for confidentiality for contracts and financial matters and to avoid a bogus TCPA after Vic's deposition.

They asked for confidentiality covering anything financial or covered by an NDA (such as possible contracts). Ty went on to say that they were asking for a confidentiality agreement to cover the depositions prior to the TCPA filing, because Ron and Monica have been posting about this and he figured Vic's deposition, being first, would immediately be followed by a TCPA, which stays discovery and they would put select portions of the deposition out there. At that point, the judge said that he supported the agreement for financial issues, and that they wouldn't file a TCPA until after all depositions have been done for some mutually-assured destruction if they try it. After the judge said that, Ty responded that that was a fine compromise and they no longer needed a confidentiality agreement.

All Casey has done is attempted to play to the court of public opinion; the judge, going by his words, seems to be on that doesn't enjoy being fucked around with, and holding this hostage is a great way to piss off the court in this matter. The only defendant right now who hasn't pissed off Ty, and likely the court, is Funimation, and they may actually be looking for a way out after seeing this shit. For all intents and purposes, they've acted professionally throughout this whole thing, to the point that Ty happily agreed to a response extension when they asked on the first go.

Kiwifarms noticed shit was going down very early on, before Nick got involved. This popped up in the Anime/Manga thread.

Interestingly, most or a good chunk of us were thinking where there was smoke, there's fire - so initially thought that Vic was guilty.

But when things started getting spergy, the accusers started getting super defensive, and there was no evidence, and when KickVic was blowing things out of proportion (ie hugging a minor makes Vic a pedo), people like me started to question the narrative.

Also, didn't hurt that, out of all the players, Vic was the only one not acting like a tard on social media.

More importantly, to me, because they insisted he was a sexual predator/rapist, the lack of an actual rape allegation was conspicuous. And when the I09 article dropped - aside from the video-kiss-Monica story, Vic stopped when they put the breaks on. Same for Michelle on Twitter.

Given what we know now, I wouldn't be shocked if a lot of those encounters were greatly embellished, too.

Edit: also, apparently from the same few sources. Holy shit Beth, did you have to use aliases to hide the numbers of women? How many stories did you opt out of sharing because they contradicted your little narrative.

If Monica and Ron were just a bit smarter, we wouldn't be here.

If they were just a bit smarter, they wouldn't even be doing this in the first place. Just take a look at the two sides. One would never think of destroying people over lies and the other thinks it's perfectly okay.

Funimation is a successful corporation and knows how to run their business and they have recieved competent counsel (I hope). I'm pretty sure their lawyer said "I can't handle a lawsuit like this" but is willing to attest for the credibility of Funimation if need be. Nick really did call it. Anyways, I really hope they have a good lawyer as I'm looking at this and oh boy do I not want to be a part or even considered on the side of this.
