Aside from their initial response, Funi has not really gotten started yet, nor has Jamie's lawyer.
However, based on the fact that it appears anything sent to Ty is immediately given to Nick for a show, it is understandable why some people would not want their identities revealed without court ordered protections. I am not sure I necessarily agree with it, but it is what it is.
But shane i thought you were the one with all the relevant documents. You stated nick hasnt shown anything. ITS all you buddy. Are you saying Nick is receiving relevant information while you have not shown ANYTHING? Just give us the docs with the name redacted. Well make due with that.

You mean the same people who said they wanted everything public and vehemently denied getting protection orders in the first place. They got nothing. They've had months to post something as proof and shown fuck all. And the only thing Nick got from Ty were the Kamehacon texts.

Alright, let's assume this to be true for the moment and sake of argument. If so, why not send redacted information? Evidence that doesn't include identifying information in it would at least indicate that Casey does have it, and is in fact willing to produce it if his demands are met (whether or not they should be met). Doing nothing only strengthens the perception that they don't have any evidence to share. And while nothing public has really come from Funimation or Marchi, I assume they are assembling the required discovery and other things, which is still billable hours Casey is theoretically costing them by dragging his feet and dragging out the lawsuit.

I am pretty pissed myself that stuff was held and not released weeks ago.
It's almost like they have no intention of releasing anything that could potentially damn them even further than they already are.

Like what? The motions that are released to the public? The texts he had already been talking about months prior to him releasing them?

Shane. I'm wondering why you have a difficult time understanding why people in the industry didn't back Vic. Can you elaborate? Don't you think people would weigh their careers/families over one co-worker?

Defendants shouldn't have argued in court against a confidentiality order then.

BTW it's obvious you've returned since Soye was finally neutered on twitter by Casey.

Come back when you are sure of something.

He's gotta get that dopamine hit from somewhere.

As an aside, @Shane_Yes_That_One, has it ever occurred to you that you - as fucking exceptional as you might be - are being used to spin a false narrative by Toye, Rial, et al, because they KNOW they don't have the evidence to back up their ridiculous claims and are about to be exposed as the liars they are?

There are people in the industry who back Vic. I posted a thing months ago about how some people really did not want the Funi investigation public because those that did support him secretly would be outed in an environment where that was not necessarily a good career move.

Make sure to wish Mr/Ms Ronald Soye and MoRonica goodluck while their attorneys lie to the court to try and pass that off as truthful.

You literally came here to try and figure out what to tweet without having to actually watch nicks stream because your attention span can only be directed towards what shoe you’ll be having for breakfast.

Would be outed? For what exactly?

We all know how Funi's investigation went. How would this affect the people who support Vic in any way possible?

Uh huh and what exactly is so bad in that investigation, that Vic's pals would look bad for supporting. Sure would have been a good idea for Casey to file that as evidence if it was so awful...instead of nothing.

Q: Identify each instance comprising the 'assaults the public isn't aware of'
A: [Sic] Defendant further objects to this Interrogatory because it seeks information that is in the possession of plaintiff [Sic]
I can't believe it took me this long to realise, but with this answer they're saying "You want to know who was raped by Vic? Ask Vic, he knows!"
How else am I supposed to read it?

FTFY. MoRonica and Marchi really don't want that investigation public and will be outed in an environment where it was a very dumb career move to base their lies on.

Edit:
Supporting an alleged sex offender isn't a good look, no matter how innocent you think he is. To quote Nick when asked previously, they don't want to be brigaded by idiots online.
It's a stupid argument and not at all how investigations of this nature work. If Sony followed Shame's stupid take then they are even further up shit creek with no paddle.

How ironic for KickVic to cry about threats, harassment and silencing the victims, and then to pull the double standard of threatening the fans, harassing by brigading and silencing the VAs in support of Vic.

I'm just guessing myself based on what Nick says. Could be wrong.
