I'd be curious to find out what the turnover rate on his viewership is. It seems to me like a small number of diehard fans and a vast majority of people that've seen his content for a couple months at most, with a very limited number of periodic viewers that just tune in every now and again. If that's the case it'd explain why the repeat apologies work, as it's just paypigs that stick no matter what and newfriends too green to see the frequency of it.
