I wish Nick got deposed. Reading 6 hours of 'yes, I've called him a cuck', 'yes, I've called her fat', 'no, I am not employed by Vic or BHBH', 'Yes, I do hope that Vic wins the case and am biased in his favour' would be a fucking riot. What would they do to him aside from asking easily dismissed questions on agency and employment - did he laugh at armzgurl swastika hands? Did he call everyone on the other side of the fence a dummy? Fuck yes he did, made bank doing it, and will do it again reading the transcript of his own deposition.

Phrasing a statement of fact as an opinion doesn't make it an opinion. Nevermind that saying "Vic is a sexual harasser" is a blatant statement of fact, but even if you were to say "I think Vic is a sexual harasser", if it causes damages and is asserted as a truthful statement, it's pretty easy to argue that it's defamatory.

That's such an insane statement. Just because Casey is using it as a desperate attempt to defend his stupid clients doesn't mean it's actually true. If I said "Monica murdered 15 people who've gone missing and buried their bodies where no one will find them" that's not magically a statement of opinion because it can't be proven, anymore than saying "the surface of the sun is hot" is an opinion because we can't put a thermometer on it.

The KYM users in comments section lambasted him relentlessly until a mod got involved:

Hey, I wouldn't be at all surprised if they tried exactly that.

I doubt the outcome would be any better than you'd think, and honestly, the absolute worst thing the defense could do would be to have Nick Rekieta as an actual witness, considering his general persuasive abilities.

I can't imagine a worse idea for the defense. I can't believe Cohen suggested it. Nick is entertaining enough to have thousands listen to him talk 5 nights a week for hours about the exact case they are talking about calling him for. He would have the jury wrapped around his finger and would have experience with how to field questions from lawyers in a case.

okay i'm gonna go out on a limb and give Cohen, AND ONLY HIM, a lot of credit here and suggest something: What if he is secretly very much against Kickvic and that is why he is going out of his way to give them stupid or outright false legal advice? It would be still incredibly stupid because he is hurting his own credibility but i just refuse to believe that everybody these people try to reel in and never talked to before happens to be just as much of a moron as they are.

This is a civil matter. The accuser has to prove that he was damaged in some way and that the defendant was the damaging party. Showing the harm is quite easy. Oh and stating "Vic is a sexual

I can think of one worse thing. Submitting links to Nick’s video’s as part of your defense filings. This way the Judge gets to watch all of Nick’s compelling arguments without any possibility of rebuttal from yourself. But seriously you would have to be a complete fucking idiot of a lawyer to do that now wouldn’t you?
