Late but I'll tell some personal experience with them. It'll depend, not every SSRI is designed to react the same way for each person.

Paxil definitely made me feel like a zombie and that was due to the side-effects doing a tenfold instantaneously on my body. I stopped entirely when my body retaliated since the side-effects kept stacking up each passing day when taking them. If anything, it made me feel like I was going to die and was becoming less worried about "the main problem of your depression" and more of "how much this pill is fucking me over".

Prozac (which I am currently on) is definitely feels like some placebo pill or taking a long toll (which is supposedly how SSRIs are meant to work, according to psychiatrists). But very rarely waking up feels a bit dizzy with like a sensation of having a sudden heart failure, lasts very shortly and it is not too severe compared to the previous one.

Now those are supposed to aid you in grasping your senses together, hold it in place, open your mind to understand what or why, accept, plan your future, and move on. For our simian friend here, it seems like he has learned fuck all from this mess and still continues to do the same while holding and shaking his pill bottle like if it was some kind of excusable salvation for everyone to eat up.

If you aren't willing to fix your issues by yourself even with the help of medication and probably proper therapy then why bother?

Paxil gave me the chills and the shakes. That shit is no joke. Mumkey is more showing off to everyone that "hey, I'm taking meds, that makes all the decisions I make magically ok! How dare you question me I'm on MEDS guys. Look at my pill bottle damnit!!" Wouldn't matter if he was on a sugar pill, it's all about showing everyone else he's doing something to get his shit together. SSRIs are for people with actual biochemical imbalances that impair them beyond functioning under normal conditions. SSRIs are not for people who are depressed because they're exceptional NEETs who refuse to believe they themselves could be the cause of their own misery. Mumkey dropped a diaper wearing, fur clad A-bomb onto his entire 22 years of living and now he wants a quick fix and a way to garner sympathy, so he's on the pill. He'll be on those Flintstones gummy vitamins for a while, Liu is gonna go nuclear on him, he'll stop taking them very suddenly and the withdrawals will screw with his wiring even more. From there, it's anyone's guess. I've got my bets on what he'll do but despite everything I don't wanna wish it on the guy.

Also, I'm glad to see he reached the "I don't care about the meanies on the interwebz" stage of dealing with online drama. From my experience, it often (but not always) goes from an initial freakout, to this type of impulsive, reckless behavior in an attempt to regain control, then back to relative normalcy. If you can survive stage 2 without fucking/marrying/possibly impregnating a crazy pedophile furfagette there's a good chance you'll be fine. Good thing he hasn't done that yet, right?
